    Angry Complaint against DOCOMO

    HI,

    This is Abhishek. I have take DOCOMO postpaid connection in August and I must say i am pissed off with the service they provide.

    1) Within 7 days of taking the connection, my line got disconnected due to address verification problems. It took 3days to rectify it.

    2) I opted for 450 local calls and 500 free SMS add on free package. instead, they provided me 150 STD calls package and when I raised the complaint, they say that this could be changed only from the next billing cycle. Again a useless thing.

    3) Recently. on November 02, 2009 at 7.00 pm my phone showed "Limited Service". I thought there was some network problem and thought of waiting till next day morning. Next day when I woke up checked the mobile and found out its still the same.

    Raised a complaint with the customer care on 3rd and was given a maximum time of November 04, 2009 at 4.30 pm to resolve it. I called them on 4th afternoon to remind them and they say the request has been resolved and closed. I wonder how they could close the request, when I still don't get the signal and my phone still shows "Limited Service".

    I was esclating this issue with the customer care since then and they say that they are raising the request with "High Priority" and the back end team will give me a call back on the alternative number provided. i was promised 4 times that the back end team will give me a call back, but i did not even get once.

    Today when I threatned them to drag to the court, their back end team calls me and says that its a sim problem and will get it replaced.

    Can anyone help how to go forward with this matter legally. My number is 9036021678. I almost spoke nearly 3-4hrs with the customer care in this 4 days and I must say I am pissed off.

    Default Unnecessary charges by Docomo

    I have taken a prepaid connection from Tata Docomo five months' back. On February 21, 2011, i got a message from Docomo that Rs. 120 had been deducted from my available balance as I had subscribed to Call Me Tunes. I have never placed a request for such a service, hence, was shocked to find the amount deducted. I called Docomo Customer Service and placed a complaint. The customer service executive was rude over the phone, but informed me that my complaint had been registered. Within minutes of this call, I got another message from Docomo thanking me for downloading a song through Call Me Tunes. I had to call Docomo customer service again. This time, the executive on the phone informed me that earlier, my complaint had not been registered (no reasons given for this mistake from their end). He took my complaint afresh and gave me a complaint number. He also assured me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. I waited for two days without any message from Docomo. On the third day, when I called the call centre again, I was informed that within the next one hour, I'd have the money being credited back to my account. However, after that, I have called Docomo twice, and have also registered a complaint on their website. Till now, there has been no response from anyone nor has the money been credited back to my balance.
    I don't understand how a service provider can simply deduct money from a customer's existing balance without any request or confirmation from them? And despite repeated calls and complaints, there is simply no response given. From all the service providers I've dealt with, I've found the serv ice provided by Docomo to be by far the worst.

    Default Irresponsible Customer Care

    Hi,
    I have taken this docomo sim in Bangalore, within 3 days htey asked me to submit the documents again otherwise connection will be disconnected. As i'm not in bangalore for 2 days i have submitted the required documents on 3rd day in a customer service center at koramangala by that time my outgoing has been barred. so i asked that fellows to that when will my number get activation they said befor 5pm maine araam se ghar chalegaya. after 24hrs my incomming also been cut off. and i have tried almost 20 times to contact that customercare people from my friends num which is docomo 121 9036012345 all the nums which are available.. but u know there are only kannada is comming in that i couldnt get any other language to talk(like Hindi or English) So finally i went to that service center and asked about my sim updation he said its not possible at this time. Huhhhhh ab mei kya karoo.....

    now u tel me what i have to do.
    In spite of submitting n wasting the time to roam arround the custmercares n servicing center i should have taken another new sim.
