Can I file a case against Vodafone? Dear Sir,
Vodafone has publicized an offer on prepaid connection to change the call rates to 1.2p/sec on any phone across the country.
I had subscribed for that offer by paying a certain amount and now they have been charging me 1.2p/sec only on Local calls and 1.50rupee/min on STD calls. They have designed their IVRS system in such a way that a customer isn't able to talk to the customer care officials. Similar thing have happened to me once before but I ignored it at that time. Vodafone might be exploiting a lot of people by this strategy. Please provide me with information on this issue.
