Imessage and Facetime not getting activated on Vodafone India

I have a iphone 5 and for imessage to activate it sends a short code msg to apple server.However my imessage keeps saying waiting for activation.
after a lot of searching i found another such user and he mentioned that imessage sends a short code msg to 00445773142076 to activate.this number needs to be allowed for all vodafone users to overcome this recent technical imessage iphone problem.

iMessage and FaceTime not getting activated on Vodafone, Karnataka

I am using an iPhone 5 and iMessage and FaceTime used to work until I upgraded my sim to a Nano sim.
Previously I cut my normal sim to nano but everything worked
I have now tried so many times but in vain and have lost so much money.
I need activation and a refund of all what was taken from me.
