1. 20th Oct 09, i was charged with Rs 10 for caller tune service, which i never requested for.After contacting customer care, they refused to register my complaint against it, and said that u need to unsubscribe the service, and we can not return the deducted balance,and i just got a message that I've successfully unsubscribed from reliance caller tune service, which i never subscribed in fact.
2. 25th Oct 09. I got my phone recharged with a balance of 50 Rs. i got a balance for that too after getting it recharged.after 2 hours when i tried calling someone , it said that I've insufficient balance, and i was left with 0.18 Rs .My whole balance was deducted without any message or any notice.
I approached the customer care for the same, and talked to them for around 7- 8 times, and have noted down the names in fact. they misbehaved and refused to file any complaint and refused to tell about any details of the deduction,giving a same reason that because of technical fault we can not tell you any thing and you should call us after some time.This issue was not resolve yet.
Mean while I again got my phone recharged with a balance of 50 Rs on 26th of Oct and i was talking on the phone then suddenly it got disconnected and found that again my whole balance has been deducted again without any message, or notice or any thing like that.
I again tried calling customer care. but found that they have blocked my customer care service.
then morning 27th Oct 09 i tried calling customer care and because they can not block a number for more than 24 hours , my call got connected, and i spoke to Miss Dalgeet Kaur , i politely described her the whole issue again, and asked her that she can check that how many times I've called and talked to customer care executives and was provided with a same answer that they can not tell me any thing about it, and myself was asked to call them later, i again got the same reply from her too, that she can not tell me anything .. and i should wait and asked me to call again later. I told her that previously my number was blocked for the customer care service, which she totally refused of doing so!! I asked her to transfer my call to her senior executive, which she again refused to do so , saying he'll give me the same answer. And after two minutes, she refused talking to me and said that she can not talk to me and that without any reason, and i again asked her to transfer my call to her senior, where i spoke to Mr. Lalit , her senior, i described the whole issue to him again, and he misbehaved with me by talking rudely, and in a high pitch tone which no one likes, and got the same answer that they will not answer my any queries, and he asked me again to call them later. i told him that I've been calling them since 25 th oct09 and which he didn't even reacted upon , and i asked him to talk to me politely again and he disconnected my call. This time i was not subscribed to any services even so .they were not left with this excuse any more.
As a Customer I believe I've aright to ask them about the reason of deduction and they can not just implement it by their own means and that too without any prior notice or message.
Since then, I am continuously trying to call customer care, and again they have blocked this service on my number
my call was disconnected hell out of times while transferring it to customer care executive. and some time they disconnected the call after picking it up.This is affecting my work as well.
I lost 100 Rs for nothing and the inconvenience too is non tolerable
I doubt that next time when I'll recharge my phone,this will happen again. Please take care of this matter. I'd be grateful to you for they same, as these companies and their executives have a false thinking that, being a normal customer none can do anything against them.

Mr. Advocate, Yesterday when i again talked to a customer care executive of reliance and tried to explain my problem to him , he replied to me that he can only tell me the report of last 3 days i.e. he can not tell me the reports of 25 Th and 26th October, and when I Asked him that to transfer my call to his senior , as he wasn't able to solve the prob., he refused to do so , saying you don't have any authority to say this. and he disconnected my call.His name - Mr. Kuldeep.
I again tried to call .. and talked to some Mr. Manjeet, and i was telling him the issue again. while i was trying to explain the whole thing. He said that the system says that no balance was deducted from my number on the above said date, I replied that i ve the messages of the recharge which i got on my phone, And i was literally shocked that , 5 min earlier a person says ., they can only check the info of last 3 days,.and my call was again disconnected by him.
M still trying to contact them from the last night , ve tried hell out of times , but again they ve blocked my customer care service. this is not legal , what they are doing .. cant i just do anything against them now???They makes us feel so miserable now ... but perhaps the truth is the person who suffers, understands better..!!!
These buggers are not doing there duties properly, and their behavior .. that is just don't ask..!!!
they want us to pay ,, and forget...about what we lose...!!!
All of these employees are just playing games now. cuz they dont ve any answer for it, tell me what to do now,
If you can not help then ,, plz reply me with same.. , I 'll Not ask for help again then , and will simply forget about it , and moreover I'll just close my number , what can i do else .
But is this the real situation of a common man here in our country,.,.. . he just made to suffer...???

With due respect I'd like to infrm you that I had taken a new GSM Reliance Connection 9555843414 from Sachdeva Vision Care, RPS Colony, Khanpur in the last month after submitting my duly filled in forms and ID proof. My no. got activated after running to and fro to the dealer for at least 10 times and after 10 days my number got activated, anyhow. But after that my grief has been added up. Most of the times there is no network connection to my mobile from Reliace operator. Even except for a single time Ive not been bale to talk to the customer care executive of Reliace. I really wonder whether they have only one customer care phon cumber and one executive. Moreover, on 1st Nov 09, I had recharged my mobile of Rs. 200/- from another dealer from Khanpur and the dealer got SMS stating successful recharge, but I didn't get the balance of Rs. 200/- in my account. From then onwards, my mobile number seems to have been blocked by the esteemed Reliance official.
In this connection, I really wonder so as to whether I should go filing a legal case against the Dealer and/or the Reliance company.
I'd like to request your esteemed intervention in this matter and facilitate me in getting a smooth connection.
I'm using my old AirTel number because of this farce by the fraudulent Reliance company.

my name is dargababu, i was taken reliance Gsm sim in december2009.from last 2 months i m troubling with default plans, one month back i m taken reliance r world plan to my mobile.from on words different plans are activated on my mobile defaultly. when plans are activated . then that time i am calling to customer care and said them to please de active that plans.but they can not solve my problems. one day i am calling to your customer careexecutive and told him pls deactive all plans except missed call alerts acctually then that time i have 4plans active on my mobile but he can de active only 2plans and remaining 2plans in active...that plans are renewal and balance are cutting everytime........ then that time i am calling to your cce teamlead he can also not solve my problem....recently 11 may balance was reduced then that time i make a call to your customer care executive and told him pls deactive all plans in my mobile except missed call alerts...then that time he taken my compliant but he can not solve my problem and it was renewal and balance was reduced.today morning i call back to customer care executive but he can not solve my problem......i am struggled from customer care executive service...so i need your help for solve my problems
