I B.Raghunath has taken a new postpaid connection,
the number is 9966992555 with the existing postpaid connection, the number
is 9966687555 in Vijayawada at an Agency located at Jammichettu, opposite to
the HP petrol bunk Mogalrajupuram. Before activating the new number they
informed me that you will get two free gifts by paying your first two bills
of minimum Rs500, so I have paid the first month bill of Rs500 on 15-10-2009
and went to Vodafone stores to collect my first gift, they told that your
new connection is not in Gift Promotion so we are unable to offer you a
gift. then immediatly I called to up to the agency where I have taken the
connection, now they are responding to me like we made a mistake that your
new connection is not in Gift Promotion. kindly do justice to me. And how
these agency people are attracting the customers by telling false news to
the customers and they are bluffing the customers. My advice to the
Vodafone, kindly do not encourage such type of agencies and cancel their
licencies so that some of the customers will be saved from their false news.
