    Default compliant against Airtel topup store & Airtel customers service no action taken

    i had paid rs.202/- on 16/10 time : 7.00 pm for topup Airtel mobile: 9840511483 of my wife (for offer given full talk time & rs.40 boastup )
    to Airtel authorize recharge store Name :: Metro Mobile , no.6, dr no.1/3 ,balakrish mudali street, Aryagowda rd , w-mambalam , chennai - 33 ph: 9884618150/4261 4698

    But 16/10 to 19/10 7.30 pm they have not processed the topup . I am keep on calling shop for recharge. Always Got sweet wording that they will check & they vl call me .After i went to shop on 19/10 (7.30pm)with heat argument But finallly they checked & processed recharge rs.202/- of talk time rs.181 around 9pm of 19/10 without offer Airtel fulltalk time & boastup

    I have compliant to Airtel customer service on 20/10 (monday) about mental agony faced by me for these 3days because of this store. Three days my wife could NOT make call because only rs.4 left in the said mobile
    But till today 26/10 NO action was taken by Airtel customer services. i was just ask airtel to refund of rs.19 difference +rs.40 boastup +rs.100 (call made to shop) . on behalf their authorize shop so that no consumer will face this problem again.

    My questions is what is solution ? & As a consumer we have to bare Mental agony & stress ? why ?

    i have received bikinibabes update from airtel and i refused that service many times .
    i have contacted regarding the same to customer care also but airtel always sending the message that you have been renewed for bikinibabes subscription service from airtel and they are charging me rs. 10 each time .
    I have already launched the complaint abt the same to airtel customer care as i have not subscribe the same service, and i dont want that service from airtel.but still they (airtel) deducting the charges from my no. as i am using lifetime plan.

    Default About submission of Documents to air tel mobile connection

    Dear sir,

    My number is 9989591150.
    I got a call from Air tel Customer care on 07-09-2010. They said that submit proof for continue the services..
    Then I submit proper documents in Air tel office at Ravulapalem, East Godavari on 12-09-2010.
    They collect 10/- for courier.
    But today (i.e. 21-09-2010) again i got a call from the number 8790451610 and said that submit proof otherwise disconnect with in two days.
    Once again i go to air tel office and enquire about proof then they said that after submitting the proof also they call to customers like this way don't worry about that.

    Before submitting the proof.....I try to submit proof in Mandapeta, East Godavari air tel office. In that office they ask the color xerox of the Voter ID card. I don't no the difference between color proof and Black & white of the Voter ID card. and their response and handling is very worst.

    So I submit my proof in air tel office but I got calls from air tel.... Nobody don't know about the problem.

    Before submitting the proof...I contact the customer care also...They don't know any thing about the process....
    One person put my call on hold and another person simple said that I don't know the details...This is the status of air tel customer care....
