    Angry Loop Mobile Service/Network Complaint

    I am customer using the services of the telecom company, Loop Mobile since the past nearly five years. In September, 2008 we were informed(via telephone, when complianed about networks and also via post, through a letter with my bill) that BPL Mobile(now Loop) is undergoing an upgradation and any inconvenience caused on account of the same is regretted. The wait for a desperate change in the services started in September, 2008 as there were terrible network problems like:
    • Cross-Connections
    • Messages getting delivered 5-6 times(The same have been charged)
    • Call-drop(The opposite person fails to hear my voice)
    • Fluctuating Network, etc.
    Since Loop Mobile customer care executives had mentioned about the upgradation, I decided to wait. But things just got worse. In November, 2008 I registered a complaint with them. However, there was no sought of response from their side. Again, I registered a complaint with them in November, 2008. This process of complaints went on till July, 2009 with no follow-up. In July, 2009 I decided to go to the Loop Mobile Gallery at Chembur. Within 10 days(approx.) the network improved but again this wasn't a permanent relief. A month back I started facing the same problem again(sms & network). I complained and spoke to the customer care executive(9821099800), Mr. Jeet. Mr.Jeet told me to change my handset or check the phone software. This reminds me that roughly in January/February, 2008 a customer care executive mentioned that Loop Mobile doesn't support my handset(Nokia 7210). How is this possible? Continuing with the saga, I decided to speak to the Team Leader present at the call center, Ms.Shaili Brahmpat and registered a complaint with her on 14th October, 2009 at 11.55 a.m. pertaining to the network issues faced by me since November, 2008. The complaint number/docket number is 141025080 and 141020247. At the same time, I have never been a defaulting customer and have always made full payments of my bills regularly before the due date. However due to such pathetic services I haven't paid the bill for the last month and have informed them that I would so only on getting compensated for the trouble caused. I urge the consumer forum to treat this matter with utmost importance and you may verify the above with Loop Mobile and take the necessary action at the earliest.

    Angry Sir/Mam, I want network in my house!

    Hiii. I m using 9773139250 BPL /LOOP Mobile from Past 2 year ..having 4 connection with me...but I am facing a very very very bad network Problem..at my Residence at Wadia estate, Bail bazaar, Kurla (W), Mumbai-70. I cant receive or make a single call from my home,Bcoz there is no network...i have to go out side my society to do the same...even cant send or recv. SMS also...there is no prolem in my SIM card & mobile... i had done many complaints to mobile executives, but they not giving my resolutions, they many people giving me wrong information many times & different statements about my problems. they making me angry by disconnecting my calls, putting on hold for long-long time.But the company rule says that u can put on hold for 30 seconds, but they peoples holding for minimum 5-6 minits. Pls take strict Action against them. specially with taht man,who told me that his name is Nilesh naikar..

    In Short..After Renaming From BPL to LOOP...and They are Marketing that they having best network..in town...its absolutely a Fake...all other operator's network is working good at my home...but LOOP..is Like..."Yeda bana ke Peda Khaane ka." Means” Bina kaam kiye FOKAT KI Salary KHAAO”
    I think they have to Change their name again...From "Loop" to "Chor Troop"

    Hello,

    Send a written notice via registered post to your area nodal officer about your problem, mention all the complaints no. in it and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such type of problem again.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if the parent company will not solve the issue with in the mention time of 15 to 20 days.

    Default poor connectvity

    I have the above mobile no. since 2001. But from that time I have problem with connectivity in the house and my clinic. I always have to come out to the road and talk which ridicules. I have complained enumerable times at your Loop gallery at Mahim but with no effect. Now if you can’t do anything to improve I am going to change to another service provider.
    There is same problem with two other nos.in the house i.e. 9821052409 and 9870087387.

    at worli village no network for bpl mbl inside every home , as i complaining from 2007 3 eng are come to visit after every 1 year and make survey every time , and said we solve this within 2 months from 2007 this happen , they make us fool loop cant solve my network problem , because after i complaining 3rd time , they sending eng to check the network problem , it means they dont have any record of last time visiting engg , they dont have any details about that
    even they dont know who handle my case last time , they can not not solve the network problem

    at Shah & Nahar Indl Estate, Lower Parel, Mumbai. no network for bpl mbl from last two weeks, the same problem creates at last month, after 15 days of my complaint the problem was solve. now same problem repeat. can you solve this?

    i am not able to get network @ my residence @ vasantvihar thane & my native place @ guhagar dist. ratnagiri
    maharastra india. pl look into this matter asp . else i have to cancelled my network service with loop mobile & switch over to reliance network since @ bothplaces network of reliance is too good & always connected.
    i will wait fr your response fr two weeks otherwise i will switch over .

    Default my connection is not working

    my no. 966 430 4815,it is showing sim card memory unavailble,also no signal. i switched off & put on again but same problem.my number is very important.please do the needful immediately.
