I am a tata indicom prepaid user as want to change the carrier to vodafone i went to the vodafone office for MNP
service as the ppl there convinced me to take postpaid connection with the same no as i am not interested in taking postpaid they told u can change to prepaid after 3 months. Now i want to change to prepaid and now i went there asking abt this now they telling that there is no such option to migrate to prepaid so i want to change to another carrier and kept reqest through MNP they have been rejected 2 time i called the coustmer care ppl they told they ll call back regarding this problem within 24 hrs its been 4 days i didnt got a call till now. plz help me regarding this problem

i have used a postpaid Number bearing no.:9988800981. i have disconnected it on November 2010 .they said my deposit will be refund with in 45days. but it is already 9 month gone but still not returned. i have asked about this in vodafone showroom at sec 35 Chandigarh but they are not responding i gave a complaint to Vodafone Company.
pls take necessary action
