This no. is blocked by mtnl on 13th oct.2009 without any information & notice with my cash balance 68 Rs. issue this no. to other person when i make complaint on daily .my complaint detail is given blow:-

i could not understood what i do to get my cell no. again , because this is very precious to me, help me, please take some necessary action against them and give my phone number back. I shall be very thankful to you.
