    Hi,
    This is praveen kumar Rampally,i have Purchased a TATA DOCOMO sim -9032689204 on 30th Aug 09 from Sameera Communications GHATKESAR HYDERABAD(A.P) after submitting the address proof & photograph. After using for some days my Out going has been barred saying my documents was not received by the Docomo office (as described by the Customer Care). Hence I resubmitted my documents to the retailer i.e Sameera Communications. Mean time I have recharged with topup of Rs 50. After submitting the documents again I have received an SMS saying 'Documents didn't recieved ". After 25 days my SIM got deactivated saying "SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED" and i was not able to use the sim i.e Incoming and Outgoing. I have told this problem to the dealer too.also i have raised a complaint # 11271 with customer care. It's been 2 months now and they are saying now that SIM cant be used as it is permanently blocked. Now they are telling to purchase a new sim. I could not under stand what to do and where should i complaint regarding this. As per Customer Care, they don't have any data regarding the Dealer who is supposed to submit the sold Sim's documents and they have clearly told that they can't help and can't registered a complaint. Kindly help me out from this kind of service of TATA DOCOMO. In Mean time TATA DOCOMO as given me following trouble's :

    1) As i have distributed this contact no ( 90326 89204) to my contact list & organization . i couldn't change the number now as it will be difficult to update the same list and i will loose the credibility.
    2) since 2 months am disconnected from world
    3) i had to face first round of exit(termination) interview in my organization for not attending an important project meeting, because of which project scheduled got disturbed & it is running behind schedule.
    4) inspite of submitting the documents thrice TATA DOCOMO as not recieved, by this i understand the poor service set up which is causing customer's so much trouble or it might be an business trick to sell more connections.

    So please i request to help me with this issue for either TATA DOCOMO reactivate the same number and transfer the balance left out also to make sure no other customer faces similar kind of problem.

    Default Donot buy tata photon plus - horrible/negligent after sales services

    I have a tata photon plus connection bought under a special plan of HSIA 400 Get Started. Under this plan, for Rs. 400 monthly payment (+taxes), technically I get 150 MB + 5 GB usage free for the first two months i.e. I have a per month allowance of 150 MB + 5 GB (an allowance of more than Rs 2500 worth of usage free @0.50/1 MB) for first two months (I paid EXTRA at the time of installation for this plan). Last night my internet connection was debarred by Tata Indicom and upon calling their customer service at 11.30 pm I found that because I had exceeded Rs. 1000, they had barred my connection. Upon explaining to them that I was covered under this special scheme and was allowed more than Rs. 2500 usage, Tata executive realized that the mistake was at their end and they promised the services will be initiated within 6 hours. In the morning, the net was not yet activated. I again called Tata at 7:45 am and they said by 9 am the services will be re-activated. By 9.30 pm the services had not been re-activated and I again called up Tata customer service and this time they gave me number of Mumbai Nodal office. Upon speaking to the Nodal Officer, I was told by 10 am the services will be re-started and at 10 am it was confirmed that the issue has been resolved. At 12 noon I received another call from Tata Indicom saying that because I had exceeded Rs 1000, I need to immediately pay Rs 700 failing which my net connection would be disconnected within 24 hours.
    I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER TATA EXECUTIVES AND MANAGERS SUFFER FROM MENTAL DISEASES SO THAT I CAN DONATE SOME MONEY FOR THEIR TREATMENT.

    Angry Docomo worst service & vry bad customer care service

    Me 2 suffering from docomo bad service.my docomo no was 9038802468.my sim was stopped after just 2 days of purchase citing photo is not clear from photocopy .then i resubmitted the photocopy on the same day they requested.the shop i purchased the sim from was piali studio in ganguly bagan ,garia area,kolkata.he is also lying to me it seems.but the customer care didnt take my complaint,lied to me,gave me a wrong complaint no. Which i later found by checking from their website.his name as he told me was samir halder .then i again called up in the evening ,one jaganath saha from docomo cust. Care took the phone ,told me to hold then came back & disconnected the line!!! What a worst service !! I again called & the c care docomo is not responding at all!!

    Default I had by a sim of docomo ,then dealer tells me that u get a balance of 48RS but I

    give only 5RS. balance. The contact no. of dealar is 9028909036. & my contact no.is 8149143104.pls give me a rply as quick.

    Default complaint upon network problem

    good morning this is kanka raju 9030173850. Iam from A.P East godavari (dist) I used Tata docomo from one and half year network is very problem here. So please take action on that.

    hi,
    docomo has the worst customer support,if we ask for any assistant they ask us to change ur mobile hand set and try again, if ur problem persist call us back,when we do call back the next support person says the same things, god knows who hires such people and wat training they get.(i had called to complian that msgs are getting routed to wrong number wen i send to correct number, the customer support persons advice me 2 change my hand set and try again, y cant they accept the problem is at your end, and they hang up the phone) i would suggest my friends not to opt for docomo

    Angry from past 6hours there is no signal for my number..

    Im from hyderbad, balkampet. From past 6 to 8hours there is no signal for my sim... My number is 7416695399... Check the problem immediately.. Waiting for a quick response...

    Default hang up nokia 1108 with tata documo sim

    Tata docomo is not working some nokia mobile. If u insert the sim card after some time the mobile getting hang up. Then we need to restart the mobile,.

    I am using Nokia 1108 and Nokia 6233. For both the handset it is not working.

    Please slove this issue >

    last night i used tata zone service but i didnt download something but they charged 10 rs for this and then i made a call to customer care they didnt reply me so good and after that they block my customer care service its not good of tata indicom
