My dad recently purchased Docomo, and regretting it already.


Received and SMS on 22/12/11 : thank you subscribing to Call Me Tunes. You have been charged Rs.120 for 180 days. To deactivate call...blah..blah
SMS on 23/12/11 : You have to subscribed to Health tips..at Rs.30 till 22/01/12..blah..blah..


I've tried calling customer but the service is pathetic.
When i had called, once they said there system is down and to call after 4 hours.
Meanwhile I went ahead and deactivated whatever services it said was activated on the answering machine.
On my next call, the guy is telling me..you have deactivated the service..now we cannot refund...When I told him to transfer to his supervisor, he put me on hold for 10 mins..knowing that I will disconnect.
Obviously, they are taking the customers for granted.

Does someone here know where to go from here? I really wish my Dad had asked me about Tata Docomo before buying it himself.
