Respected sir,
My prepaid account balance wrongly deducted by company rs.10/- on dated 17/10/2009
And rs. 30/- on dated. 18/102009. I talk with custome care executive due to this problem
He deny to accept my complaint. And told me that rs.10/- for a caller tune service and rs.10/-
rs. 30/- for mast pack which is activated on ur mobile. But in fact i did not activated both of service.
Balance was deducting from my account regularly. Please solve my problrem as soon as possible. Because of this i face problems to wishes for diwali to my relatives.i shall be thankful to you for this
