    Default Airtel Signal problem

    Hi,
    I am using Airtel post paid mobile service for the past 3.5yrs, last 6 or 7 months I am not getting the signal in my home. I registered a complaint in airtel customer care 5 months back and still no solution. I called few times to the customer care, one day they are saying they are going to add additional booster and another day they said looking space for installing the new tower. Its absolutely irrelevant answer. I left my job 2 months back and I am searching for other job and I got missed few interview calls because of the signal problem.

    My questions like, can I register a complaint in consumer court for the compensation since I got missed few interview calls and most of the time worry about the signal problem.

    On prior basis, send a complaint letter to the Nodal officer of the Co. to get any solution for your complaint.

    Angry Airtel Signal Problem

    Dear Sir,
    I am resident of mohadi road, Jalgaon. I had lodged many complaints regarding the signal problem to customer care. The customer care assures me the problem is going to solve in 10-15 days but the same repeted reply I get after every complaint. I am using airtel prepaid since 3 years and complaining about the signals since 1.5 years. Even I given my full address along with my home address. But INVAIN. Still I face the signal problem at residence and I would like to mention that I am residing in the two bifurcated main road. Still there is a problem. My cell no is 9960410607.

    Default signal sucks

    I've been using 5 Airtel #'s since last 5.5 years. Signal since the last 5-6 months is killing my biz. I've complained to Airtel so many times. Even threatening them that I may have to change operator. To my utter surprise they said you are welcome to shun all your Airtel numbers.
    AIRTEL IS NOT BOTHERED! !!
    Mr. Airtel,
    Mind you. Changing numbers is NOT a joke in biz. Why did you people provide us service only for 5 years? I may sue Airtel for this behaviour if my problem is NOT solved.

    Default airtel problem

    Dear Sir,

    I am an airtel user since 2006, but for some personal reasons, i had to change my number. i purchased my haryana airtel sim 9996188858 a few months back from a nearby store. A few days ago, i tried to contact customer care. but when the call connected to assistant, call disconnected automatically. It happened every time. i was calling customer care because an issue in my service. i can't subscribe to any web based sms service (smsgupshup.com, google sms, facebook etc.) When i tried to register, i get no confirmation code or reply from these services. BUT in roaming, i receive messages from these services.

    i asked some friends about this problem, they told me that maybe i had misbehaved with customer care in past, so they disabled my services. But i activated this number only a month ago or so, and never called customer care before.. i also contacted cc from other numbers, they say my service has no problem.

    please help me in this situation, because i need subscription to these services urgently. i have no other issues with airtel, but for these two reasons, i may have to shift to other service proviser, but i like airtel...
