ZEROX OF MY PAN CARD AND SERVING CERTIFICATE PROVIDED BY MY OFFICE AS PHOTO ID AND
ADDRESS PROOF. AS WE TRANSFERED FROM ONE TO ANOTHER PLACES WITHIN 2-3 YEARS IN ALL
OVER THE COUNTRY AND WE ARE NOT PROVINED WITH ANY WATER RENT OR ELECTRICITY BILL. MY
SIM STOPPED WORKING AFTER TWO DAYS THEN I WISITED VODAFONE STORE ON 10 OCT 2009.
THERE I MEET THEIR TEAM ASSISTANT MISS ANJU AT MULUND WEST MUMBAI. I PRODUCED MY
QUARTER ALLOTMENT LETTER ORIGINAL PAN CARD AND MY ARMY IDENTITY CARD BUT SHE REFUSED
ALL MY CLARIFICATIONS. AND BEHAVED VERY RUDELY IN FRONT OF ALL STAFF. I DESIRED TO
MEET A SENIOR TO HER BUT SHE NOT ALLOWED ME TO MEET. MY SIM
