1. I had applied for an AIRTEL post paid connection on 17 Mar 2009 under
*Special CUG 249 Plan- KK*.
2. Firstly, the connection was activated after full 17 days, even after
immediate submission of application form duly filled and signed along
with all required documents, thus causing gruesome loss of important time as
i had been posted here on important government duty and was out of contact
from my team members and other government authorities for a big crucial
duration. Apart, this has caused me a lot of personal agony. I was finally
allotted the mobile number *9611199710 *and account number* 1004179060*.
3. Secondly, I was not given all the discounts as per the plan and
instead of that, my bill plan was changed to a different plan without my
permission or knowledge. I did not even get any receipt for the security
deposit and activation fee i had deposited. They kept telling me that it
would be adjusted in the subsequent bills, which never happened. So I tried
to Contact on number 121 of AirTel to talk with their Customer Care
Executive. I tried it several times but no body provided me a proper
Answer. They just cut my calls without giving any proper response. Still i
paid first two bill amounts on time.
4. But still my bill amount has been getting accumulated and I have been
receiving frequent SMS and calls to pay my bill or my outgoing calls will be
barred.
4. On top of all this ordeal, they had terminated my mobile connection
in June 2009 without any suitable justification and kept talking in rude
language whenever contacted for settling the issue. They should have
detected my bills on pro-rata basis till mid of june (the day it got
disconnected) and should have let me known the rest if any left to be
paid. Instead they have kept my number and kept billing it even after the
Sim is in disconnected mode. Now they are asking me to pay money for that.
Whenever I go to the nearest customer relation centre, they never listen to
me keep wasting my time.
5. Now they have sent me a court notice no 302403/2009 from District
Legal Services Authority, Bangalore City dated 05 October 2009 asking me to
appear in Lok Adalath on 07 November 2009. I have important engagements
during the months of November and December 2009 owing to
operational exigencies, and would not be able to attend the court hearing on
the stipulated date and time.
6. So I am taking this matter to you as I am unable to get in touch with
anyone because of this fraud. I request you to help me to solve the
case. Please
Help Me out to get justice. I want Justice for this Fraud by AirTel.
