hi my name is vikram and my mobile no-9911807673 on 21 sep. i recd. a call from idae the other side was miss sheena an offering the new life time valadity plan in it i have to pay Rs. 26/- and get life time valadity but after recharge i cant get it. 7th oct. my valadity,s last day and idea was close my phone no. on 8th of oct. i camplaint to costomer care no. and he promise me on 12th october my phone activate with life time valadity. But till13 of oct. my call no. not activate. now customer care floor superviser mr. rakesh told me that you have to be rechage Rs.47/- for life time valadity and diny the above offer my complaint no. is 87766542. please tell me the what can i do against that type of misguance:D:D
