Tata docomo unfair balance deduction

No messages received for any activation/download/subscription

Called Customer care, saying that they cannot refund the amount deducted for Activating pack in Internet.

I have not Downloaded/activated/subscribed for any packs/games/any other services, i have just browsed for checking mail, facebook.

Somany times amounts deducted just like above. But no refunds.

Nowadays very poor services from TATA DOCOMO. Thinking of porting to other networks.

If amount is not refunded, will proceed legally

SIR/MAM,
This is to infom tata docomo that i sudarshan fatehouria no 8981523636 have taken new connection on 14/09/2012, and from the date of purcase i am suffering from unfaire balance deduction till now around rs 14.90 have been deducted and not refunded evey dat 1 to 2 rs is being deducted in the form of .10 pase to .20 paise till now kindly look in the maater as sson as poosible
the company has already gave me a lot if trouble , i expect in the come time i can be searved with some good searvice
