Vodafone Network Problems and Customer "Fooling" Care i live in Rohini Sector 24 from the past 5 years, no problems with Vodafone until the last 20 days. I started getting ZERO network at my house, not only on 1 Number but all the 4 Numbers i have. So i somehow contacted Vodafone Care, how? i took my car, looked for a suitable place where i could get some network. The answer i got through Vodafone care was that "Sir, your area has been listen as a low network coverage area and your problem would be solved by 2nd of September" .. Strange, i called up on 11th of August, never heard of a problem which took 20 days to be repaired. Nevermind, i tried again on 16th August. "Sir we've registered your complaint and it would be solved within 48 hours". A ray of hope, but then it wasnt resolved. I called up again on 19th August, "Sir 1st of all your complaint shouldn't have been registered, Secondly, till 2nd September you'll have to wait."
Me: "sir i am facing a problem in my business get me a solution"
Him: "sir u'l have to wait"
Me: "but.."
Him: "sir u'l have to wait we cannot do anything about it"
Me: "so should i get my number MNP'd to AirTel? "
Him: "for sure sir, we have no problems, go ahead"
Me: "fine"
Called up on 24th August, "No update sir, 2nd September"
Called up on 30th August, "sir problem hai toh hai"
and hence it was 2nd September..
Me: Sir i was committed that on 2nd September my problem would be resolved.
Him: "Sir there must have been a problem on YOUR side, the date here says 2nd November"
i mean, seriously, September and November would sound the same to me after calling up 5-6 times?
i visited a Vodafone Store.
Their Reply : "Sir in Sector 24, the person who has the Vodafone tower installed at their home is not allowing Vodafone to get the tower repaired, that is why you're facing this problem"
Due to one single tower, most people in Sector 24 are suffering. what kind of services are these? It has been 8 years to me using Vodafone/Hutch Services, this is what happens?
and leave everything apart, 2nd November, till then we should all close down our business and just sit at home, enjoy ZERO network. right?
oh and by the way, i also got this response, "sir do whatever you want to, it doesn't matter to us" .
PATHETIC services. nothing more to be said.

Vodafone - Very Low Network Coverage in Chennai Hi there,
I have been using Vodafone since 6 years @ 9962333051. For the past 2 months I am not getting proper (<=1 point) network coverage in my home (Chennai - 600012). Once I called and complainted this to 198 customer care no. but they could provide any feasible solution. After that I am not able to reach any customer care agent @ 198, 111, 50777, 9884098840.
Can someone look both this network coverage and customer care agent accessibility issues immediately.
My contact no. is 9962333051.
Thanks,
Kafil
