Kindly provide us the details regarding your handset like it's date of purchase, cost of the handset, it's IMEI number, name and address of the Dealer and Service Centre, as soon as possible.

Sony Ericcsson Service was not in time I have given my mobile for servicing to a Sony Ericcsson Service center on 3/9/09 from the 3rd day onwards I use to contact them in at least 2 days gap, from that day to today that is 09/10/09 I am getting same reply that is " Pending for parts".
Please not that my mobile is under warranty which I brought on 11/01/09. Also they have not given me any temporary handset.
According to me, as the unit is in warranty period and they know that its part is not easily available they should have replaced it immediately.
Will I get justice from consumer court
