    Question Idea GPRS 148 Pack

    Idea customer care pepole are making me fool. I called customercare 5 times from 15/august/2012 to 21/August/2012.
    every time the tell we will reguster your complain bt do nothing.
    My Idea no. is +919924449931

    My actual problem is that at 08:10am on 15aug I called CC and asked about Idea 148 GPRS plan, she told me that you will get 6GB data for 60 days,
    at 08:19am on 15aug I recharged for the same but got only 2GB for 30 days.
    I just called to CC she told me that this schem is changed 08:00 am today,
    I told her that 08:10am i asked some other CC representative about this and she told me that u will get 6GB for 60 Days. than that secod representative told me taht we will raise your issue with over sciner manager but we can not change your 2GB 30 days to 6GB 60 days.

    on same day I applied for Porting my number, send a message PORT 9924449931 to 1900 at 08:51am.
    on 16 aug around 05:30pm I got call from Idea Care he asked me why you are changing your operator, then I told him whole story, He told me that this is happend to our so many customers but dont worry you will get 4GB and 30 days validity in addition whenever you consume your 2GB.
    I was happy but on 20th Aug Monday my 2GB was consumed and I used another 11MB thinking that they have added 4GB to mya account, but I was shocked when I disconnect for net surfing and got message 25mb data usage for Rs.107.

    at very next day I called to Idea CC told him same story. He told me that your request is registered and our repesentative will call you within 48hrs. But today is 23rd Aug and did not got ant call from Idea CC.

    but got message that "your consern for recharge benifits could not be resolved. Kindly contect customer care".
    I called customer care at 01:18pm on 29-Aug-2012. He told me that it will be done before 2PM today, BUT it is 02:32pm and still got nothing.
    Then why you people are making fool to IDEA (Aditya Birla Group) customers, I did not changed my service provider because I am Using the best service of Birla Group of our nation.but you pepole are forcing me to going with Vodafone.
    And one more thing how many times I will call customer care hmmm. At least 7 times I called to customer care, every time they told that your request is registered and will be actiond soon, but this soon never comes. I will definatly chang my operator to Vodafone this weekend.

    I hve also faced lots of problems in ma idea sin...they jst say tht ur complaint wil b resolved bt they do nothing...they r the worst
