    Default irresponsible and rude behaviour

    Dear team,

    I have using mobile office in my cell phone everyday with same procedure its charge 10 Rs perday but on 07/10/2009
    i have send a message moa in 52818 . after recieving airtel message iwill use my mobile internet . i will get shocked when b/w 10:15 -10:30 p.m. my mobile balance will deducted 142 Rs and after sometime 10 Rs deducted more
    after this i will call customer care and iwill talk to many executives for deducted of my money every executive has given me different answer then i talk to senior executives one will say its charge for browsing and downloading and other will say its not .during this whole procedure my phone is diconnected several times and with meas rudly . this is not done for first time in my mobile phone several time hello tune was given and deducted Rs without any demand forhello tune ihave complaint for senior but no action is taken by them
    my name is rajeev singh and i am live in satna i am frustrated from this this type of service and at last if this was still continue i will use any other sim

    Pls. provide us your complete address, so according to which we can provide you the contact details of Telecom Company's Executive for your area, who is dealing with such kinds of complaints.
