myself sahil gupta n my vodafone mob no is 9796012999 n i m fm jammu. I recharged my mob with 147 internet pack between 6-8 august but after 15 august i m unable to use internet in my area/locality. I dont knw why vodafone lacks in my area i m able to use internet of every service provider, moreover i hav aircel n airtel and internet surfing in these sims as compared to vodafone is very good,The worst ever service provider i had ever seen, I complaint many times but the CSR told me to wait, but why should i wait i recharged with 147 internet pack and i have free 1500+ mb in my account. Whenever i go outside my locality i can use internet properly. Now i dont know what the hel is hapening in my area. I have 1594.79 MB free in my account which wil be expired on sep 7. So plz now i want my balance back bcoz i am unable to use internet in my area, moreover i recharged on my airtel and aircel no. to use internet. my problem is genioun and i want either my recharge money back or start internet again in my area immediately.... IF now i want to complaint again i cant complaint to customer care no. bcoz vodafone knows that my problem is genioun, so vodafone barred me from customer care no.

but why i have to wait for 72 hrs, when i paid 147 just to use internet and i cant use internet just because of bad internet service of vodafone. I am already facing network problem inside home and i already complaint for network but it not yet solved. So how can i assume that problem of internet wil be solved soon. Please do me a favour refund my 147rs or if u want some money then keep it and refund remaining balance. I dont think that this problem will be solved soon so i m requesting you to refund my balance asap. I will be very thankful to you.![]()
