    Angry Airtel: Prepaid complain about customer care

    Hi
    I am airtel user. my phone no. is 9910114071. I want to MNP to other network due to my call cost. My plan is per second plan. This plan ate almost whole of my pocket money.
    After doing sms to 1900 and receiving porting code, Airtel executive called me and told me to not to switch from airtel. He offered me a wonderful plan in which local airtel to airtel @ 10paisa/min and local airtel to other @ 30paisa/min. std @ 40paisa/min. This is such a good plan that he offered me and i also agreed to it. He told me that i will get it in maximum 3 days time.
    I like a fool waited 3 days hoping that i can enjoy it but after 3 days no such plan is activated on my number.
    When you don't have any such plan than why you fool customer. Your customer service is very poor.

    When i tried to call customer care at 121 or 198 both are blocked, i cannot call and lodge complain to them.
    I don't know what the hell is happening in Airtel but seriously it is really frustrating me.

    I want a immediate fair answer.

    Thumbs up prepaid sim blocked inspite of proper documents

    prepaid sim is blocked inspite of proper documents and i am unable to call customer care aswell.please let me know the solution

    Default Deduction in Credit Balance

    Dear Good Morning

    Airtel Mobile No : 9994261512

    On 14.12.12, Airtel has deducted Rs. 60/- from the credit balance while using the mobile internet. I made the call to customer care immediately and they told the same amount would be credited into your account with in One Hour but received Rs.30/- only into my account. There after, I tried so many calls to get them but I Couldn't. Can I have the solution on it regarding the amount and customer service ?

    Default deduction of balance

    hi.....my mobile number is 9939494541. My problem is that amount of 22 rupees has been dedacted from my account and I had request or activated any service.I was using internet from my phone on opera mini and I have opened facebook on 17th jan around 2230hrs at that time I have received a message from the company that ....thanks for downloading value added pack you have been charged 22rs. When I called customer care they very tudly said that you have downloaded that pack and money will not be refunded. Inspit of that I was saying that I have not request nor downloaded any such schemes. I again call customer care to know what that plan is and how I have requested for that service but she again refuses to help. Now after that I fell very bad as this type of problem happens with me earlier also and again this is happening to me. Now I will switch to other network. But not before moving to consumer form. I write this message to you just to tell you that how badly your customer care executives treat peoples and your company deducte balance of people illegaly.
