    Default TATA prepaid Deducting money& cheating customers

    Dear Sir,
    I'm Satya Prakash.N, using tata prepaid mobile for more than 3 years. I recharged 222rs two months back, I checked my balance after 3 days my balance was reduced to 100rs. I called Custemer care in this regard, but they kept me on hold for 1hour, and simply disconnect my call. Some times fortunately I spoke to one of the Senior managers(Mr. Guru Prasad and Manjunadh) they larged many complaints with out resolution. Even four days back they raised a complaint on priority, but no use.

    Default TATA PREPAID Customer care playing with their customers time.

    Dear Sir,

    I'm Satya Prakash.N, a customer of Tata Indicom Prepaid mobile(9247280086). When I found my money was deducted without any reason from two months back, Customer Care Executives as well as their managers like Manjunadh & Mr.GuruPrasad, they kept me on many hours. It has been respeated many times. When I fortunately got an oppotunity they just larged complaints without resolution. Customer care people always use Fake names, later when I enquired, they simply escaped no one is their with that name.

    I activated Do Not Disturb (DND) facility to avoid unnecesary calls and messages from My service provider( Tata Indicom). But they donl't bother about Customer privacy and making continue calls, sending unwanted messages.
    I'm unable to change my number as it has been given to all of my professors, friends and relatives even in abroad.

    Dear Sir,

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Wait for the response for at least 10 days because the Nodal officer will have to provide you any solution within 10 working days. Send a written complaint and kindly revert back soon after getting any reply from him. The email address is:

    I sent email on 11-10-2009 to nodalofficer.ap@tatatel.co.in. Do i need to send another written complaint through post? If yes, where can I get the nodal officer address?

    As you suggested me to send a written complaint to the nodal officer I did. I got the following reply:

    Dear sir,

    I got a message stating that they larged compaint against Deducting my money and the problem would be resolved within 6 hours, next i got another message that they raised another complaint stating that they larged another complaint (NTT07577922) From NODAL Officer, stating that my problem would resolve before 18.10.2009but not resolved stil now.
    Plz give me a resolution to this problem.

    This is the reminder for Tata Indicom TATA prepaid Deducting money. I wrote a complaint and got a reply from you that please write a complaint to Nodal
    Officer, the same day i wrote to the nodal officer, he raised a complaint and said that the problem would be resolver within 18-10-2009. But no response from them.

    Even I wrote many times to you but no response. Pls check it once.
