    Default Complain against Reliance communication

    I have bought a new post paid connection of reliance in Rewari, Haryana just few days back.
    At the time of buying the connection, I asked to the company representive for the number of my choice, he replyed that take any number at this time and we will change it to your choice number after the activation.
    At that time number provided by them was +919355868217 while I was interested for +919355121261. They told me that they have booked this number for me, the reference number(Ticket number) of booking is 3581150 and it will be activated in 2 days. But instant of changing the number relaince communication barred my outgoing call as well as incoming while it was resumed after 1 day.
    Again I contact to customer care for the above matter and they provided me a service request number which is 110496667.
    But after one day of getting this request number they send me a message that your request is not proceed & again barred by outgoing as well as incoming call which are still barred.

    Dear Air,

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Wait for the response for at least 10 days because the Nodal officer will have to provide you any solution within 10 working days. Send a written complaint and kindly revert back soon after getting any reply from him. The address is:

    Talking Cheating by Reliance Mobile (RIM) in Orissa

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had bought a prepaid mobile from RIM for my father. It was a validity period for two years and after lapse of two years RIM Customer Care advised me to do it for life time. And Paying/Recharging a Life Time voucher (i.e.Rs.199/-), the prepaid connection was made life time validated. But the condition of Life time validity was not communicated to me.After a few days one SMS was sent from the RIM that if you pay Rs.550/-, then you can avail the benefit of 50 paise/min. call to any phone/mobile in Orissa (Local) and Re.1/-/Min. for STD, for life time.. I did the same as per their advice.Afterwards, we were enjoying that facility happily. Suddenly, on 25th September 2009, the mobile was disconnected from service. We did not able to guess what was happened, as sometimes it happens for signal disturbance or low signals. After passing of 4/5 days when we contacted Customer Care of RIM, Orissa, they said you did not make recharge of Rs.225/- in between last six months, so your life time validity expired and you will be charged Rs.67/- to activate life time validity again.
    I asked them, I have paid twice for life time validity, once, when I paid Rs.199/- for lifetime validity and secondly, when I paid Rs.550/-, to avail 50 paise calling benefits for life time, as per your advertisement in SMS. How it happened ? Have you sent any SMS as notice, how you can do it ? Customer care answered me, Sir, you just activate your account by recharging Rs.67/-, you will enjoy your 50 paise calling benefits, disconnection is mandatory. But when I recharged Rs.67/-, all my benefits are withdrawn and now they are charging me Re.0.99 per min for a local call. Likewise they are cheating everybody. Kindly advise me, what I should do ? Should I go to any forum against them ? Shall I get any remedy on this cheating ?

    Default account is not recharge with 999.

    Hi ,

    I am prepaid customer of the Relience mobile. At 9 am On 2nd of octber i have done the 999 recharge at Ritesh Mobile shop near by Cummins college karvenar pune - 52 . but later i found my recharge was unsuccessful . I talked to the customer care they reply me your account is not recharge with 999.Then i talked to Ritesh Mobile shop & explain the problem.
    Now it have been passed five days ,Ritesh Mobile shop sent me to relince customer care and vise versa.

    I also logged the complain to relience & without even talking me ,they have just sent me the SMS your problem is resolved.

    When i talked to relience person they told me ,they are helpless to do anything .Ritesh Mobile shop say we have done the recharge on your number and we dont have any trak record of recharge in our Lafu(lafu is the no from which they do the recharge). When i asked him please call customer care they say ,Customer care no. is not working due to some reason.

    Also that shopkeeper told me ,its not our responsibility to talk to customer care.

    I requested him alot Please once confirm with the customer care ,as its your onus to provide me this information that recharge is successful or not.

    its really made me panic.Please do the needful ,its great help from your side.

    Dear mam, Thanks for your suggestion, as per ur information i have written a mail to the nodel officer of the reliance com, haryana but didnt get any reply from him or her, but today my number has changed and it is working properly so now i am happy.

Actually i had given request for sms problem for 4 times, Every time i got sms from reliance that "Your Request is resolved" But every time i am facing same problem, so kindly note my complain about reliance communication. and plz try to solve my problem.

    Angry Complaint against Idea !

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am Puneet Sharma a customer of idea for the last 2 years.I am using a no. +919718050749.
    I am facing a problem for the last 17 to 18 days. Actually on 20th of January a service named net 20 was activated on my no. without my concern.on the same day I made a request to deactivate that service .But the problem has not been sorted out yet.
    there is a regular deduction of 20 rupees from my balance on daily basis.
    In the starting days they refunded my money but since 29th January they even stopped refunding.Every time when I spoke to them they makes a new commitment of 24 to 48 hours rather than solving the problem.
    I am an International Business executive ,and have to travel to roaming areas ,some time it is not possible for me to make recharge on my phone and hence I am not in a position to make a call .
    Now my balance is negative and again I am not able to use my service of calling.
    I got a lot of commitment from their side ,the last was for 5th of Feb. 2010 ,According to them all of my balance would be refunded and the service would be deactivated on 5th of Feb.2010 at 6:45 evening,but it is not so.The problem is not solved and my balance is not refunded.
    Today when I made a call to conform the status, they again gave a new commitment for 8th of Feb.2010.
    Many a times I spoke to the floor supervisors ,some names are Mr. Salim Javed, Mr. Vishal ,Ms. Lakshmi ,Mr. Raman.
    I made a request to deactivate that service on daily basis since 22nd of January,and every time that people gave a new time period ,but the problem is same to same as it was on the first day.

    Is there any kind of solution of this problem,i.e. how can I get rid of this problem.
    suggest me where can I file a case against the poor service of Idea.

    Default complain againest r. com.

    at date 05/02/2010,relience prepaid service deduct my all balance(109.50 rs) when i placed query to customer care ex. they told me that i maid a call for 300 min. which is wrong. after that no other information was provided by customer care ex. they deduct my balance wrong.

    Default Complain

    We had purchased the new air condiotioned of voltas vertis plus from reliance (crown interior mall , faridabad) just few days back. And it isn't working properly and nobody in the relaince is ready to take the responsibility of our trouble. Kindly guide for the same.

    Thumbs down Intolerable behaviour from reliance web world, sec-18.

    Last month on 12th June'10 I bought Reliance data card on the number 9311181659.

    Since the day I have bought it my net is not working. I contacted these people so many times but evey thing invain! There is one manager at Reliance web world, sec18. He gave me his no saying that my problem will be looked after. But this man does not even pick up his phone.

    There is no news from anywhere. And when there will be the time to give bill, it will reach on time.

    I am highly upset and would never go for Reliance now.

    We have gone through your complaint, first you need to talk to the Reliance customer care and register a complaint, they will provide you a complaint no. and the time frame to resolve the issue. Wait for their response and revert us back with the Complaint nos. and the status of your complaint.
