    Angry Wrong balnce-deductions and worst customer support on Airtel-Prepaid (M.P.)

    Respected Sir,
    I am an Airtel customer and my mobile-no. is 9755438093. Today, on 15th August, at 10 am , I called Airtel CC regarding starting the service of MMS on my mobile. The person whom I talked sent me the settings and as sson as disconnected the call Airtel sent me sms that Airtel has started HelloTunes service on my number with a deduction of Rs.10 for 10 days and it is said in that msg that there will be deduction of Rs.15 on my next recharge!!!! If that was not enough, I again got a message that service of AirtelTalkies can not be started on my no. because of low balance!!!!! Immediately I called CC and spoke with the executive regarding this thing, executive told me that I had requested to start this service by some “start-to-copy”. And hence this hello tune has been started on my no. CC stopped my service and I got the msg but my balance was never paid back.
    After that I recharged my mobile with a top-up of Rs.110 because of low balance, again, as soon as I recharged, a msg came from Airtel saying that AirtelRadio service has been started on my no. and I had been charged with Rs.36 for 30 mins.
    Again at 5.06 pm I got a msg that service of AirtelTalkies has been started on my no. for Rs.30 for 30 days!!!!!!
    I had never told CC nor I replied to any service messages for all such services to start on my no.!!!!!
    I didn’t got that rs.10 back on my no. for which I had called CC!!!!!
    Can you tell me what kind of service Airtel is providing to its loyal customers???? Is it the way to treat your customers????
    Just now I again got a message (7.17 pm) that the service of AIRTEL FRIENDZ CHAT_30 is started on my no. and I had been charged Rs.30 for 20 days!!!!!!!!
    What the hell is going on with your services and your system?????
    I can’t even call CC anymore as I had called 3 times today. I think mobile companies are earning a lot of money by doing such false-deductions from customer’s balance. Don’t you people have any feelings for people’s hard earned money?????
    Please provide me resolution or else I would be forced to raise a complaint in Consumer-court!!!!!!!!
    I have all the messages from Airtel, I can show them as proof to court regarding all these wrong-deductions!!!!!
    I want all my balance back or else very soon I will go to the court.
    I know there is a restriction of 3 calls for speaking to CC in a day, right??? Just to check it and to log a complaint with your CC for the same issue, I called Airtel CC at 00:52 on 16th of August. And guess what, in the first call only your CC executive cut my call intentionally and biggest surprise is that after that call none of my calls are getting transferred to CC executive!!!!! What a great CC and service you provide to your customers. Isn’t it??? I am just overwhelmed by your CC’s response for customers!!!!
