My BSNL Mobile number is 9413981281
Here it is a very hard task to earn Money and if U take out the money in such a way then we cannot believe and earn our living.
On 8 or 9 Aug 2012, an Idiout person from BSNL dialled me and told to subscribe Mobile TV but I rejected his proposal and he said "Ab to apko dekhna pdega", I took his words lightly but the next day when I checked my Rs 40 got deducted ....I tried Customer Care no 1503 but no lines got matched, I was unable to talk to Customer Care.
Then, today on the eve of Independance Day , we were celebrating again a msg came and my Rs 40 again deducted.. I talked to customer care , they said we are unable to tell about this but we note ur complaint and gave Docket no : H15RJ301318.
sO, NOW ALL IS IN VAIN.So my request is to return me my RS 80 and the time I lost in indulging in this silly matter.
And also flush these type of person out of your company who without any consent activate these type of sevices for earning there incentives without thinking about the COMPANY IMAGE.
I love BSNL becoz I am customer of it since 15 Years...So please take action sir
