again false deduction have been started after one month last time i incurred loss of 85 rupees out of which only fifty were credited now again tahuwap got activated inspite i deactivated my five to six rupees have deducted dont know why its my request to new buyers never buy tata docomo

I regret to inform you that your services are disappointing and and has put me into lot of hardship and mental agony. I have recharged for Rs 250 unlimited 3g internet pack to my mobile no 9538910064.So far i have not got the internet service .I had called your customer care which is very unfriendly and irresponsible.Last time in the month of September I had purchased 95 internet pack but internet pack was not activated.on the contrary balance was being cut. I had complained and my complaint no was 620066 to listen @ tatadocomo.com, but no response even after 20 days.I request you to activate y internet connection and revere Rs 95 balance which was paid to the service.As a customer I have the right to get the service for the money which i have paid.As I am travelling I need the internet service with immediate effect.Hope yo will do the needful at the earliest.

mera naam sundar singh hai aur mera mobile number +919045679503 hai. maine yeh number lagbhag 45-50 din pehle liya tha tab isme 250rs ka main balance tha.main iss number se bahut kam call karta hu.ab tak maine iss number se 20-25 call ki hongi lakin aaj mera balance 44 rs hai baki sara balance company walo ne kha liya.aaj ki date me sabhi mobile company me compare karke dekho tab sabse jyada cheater company tata docomo hogi aur sabse jyada complain bhi tata docomo ki hi hongi so please meri request hai ki kisi bhi company ka sim chalaye lakin tata docomo ka nahi
mera date 22/12/2012 ko main balance 143 rs ka balance tha lakin 23/12/2012 ko 9 am per balance check kiya tab 44 rs tha. custumer care call ki tab unhone bataya ki tumhare pass koi call ya message aaya hoga. mere number per na to koi call aaye aur na hi koi message.bina call ya message ke hi mere balance se 99 rs deduct kar liye gaye.kisi bhi service ko activate ke liye custumer ke no. per message to aana chahiye bina call message ke 99rs ka balance kaat liya gaya.aur 198 no. per baat ki to kehte hai ki balance reverce nahi hoga.
