Aircel has the worst network i have seen. They are cheating us in gprs
98Rs/- offer. It's speed is not in kbps but only in bits per sec. I've
given complaint more than 10 times but nothing happened......

Hi,

Aircel is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen in my entire life.

When ever you call up there toll free no (121) the agent has only one answer “Our Systems are not functioning please call after 2 hous” and if you insist to reach their manager of Team Lead they will keep your call on hold for ever and then there will be a voice “Hi this is (name) team leader on the floor” and call gets disconnected.

This is not the only fooling practice they do, they also keep send you alert notification for making interim payment for the X. amount of money or your service will be barred.

I have personally checked with the concern team and found that the total SMS and CALLS made are still in there free loop provided by them. The charges are for the GPRS and WAP usage that should be free if you have activate the 98 Rs Pocket internet plan.

They simply want to pull money from customers pocket and fill internet…. That’s the reason they call this plan as pocket internet.

I would sincerely advise never/ever BUY/USE AIRCEL…. Its SUCKS.

THE WORST SERVICE IS FROM AIRCEL
my name is Suneeth Dutt &m frm lucknow.i purchased aircel sim (Aircel No.-8896955618) just for internet usage n tarrif of Rs98.but didnt recieved any setting so i could not start my internet usage .wen i called on customer care they provided me manual settings but could not help me out in connecting it to the laptop n even misbehaved afterwards.Frm the very second day on (121) as well as on (198) no one picked my call .I tried it a 100 times but its still the same .after 5 days wen i called on (9856012345)coustomer care a lady picked up the cal n wen i asked her how to complain she disconnected the call.ITS NETWORK AS WELL AS THE SERVICE IS THE WORST N I FACED MANY PROBLEMS.
I request u to plzzz take some good action againt this behaviour which could be a lesson to them.

Sir My Name is Aslam Basha from bangalore my Aircel no 8892243148 i have registered one complaint in Aircel actuly i have Actived 14 rs Net Pack Validity 3 Days which i have activated on 17th June night 11.51 but they have deducted Rs. 78 from my balance for browing Charges for net useing on 20 June so i have complaint to aircel complaint no is - 1-2197305217 but they told me its not refandable kindly do the needful i need the refund.
