i have recharged my mobile with rs 200 on 5aug but within 2 days all my balance came to 0.when i contacted customer care they said that it is because your gprs pack is expired and amount got deducted from main balance.most annoying thing is every time i get a message before expiry but this time they deducted without any prior notice.today on 8 august i again recharged it with 200 rs main balance and 98 rs gprs pack from bharti celllural website with transaction id IGC 1288336 IGC 1288605.my sbi account got debited and i got a message for rs 200 recharge but i didt get any msg for rs 98.still the amount is getting deducted from main balance.please assist me with my complain.
the worst thing is thrice i called customer care.they transfer my cal to senior and then instead they disconnect my call.at last they picked up and talked very very rudely.they just said if u want talk to your nodal officer and that is help i can do and again disconnected my call.
this is really very bad at your part. i am using this number from last 10 years or so.i did not expected this from bharti cellular.sorry to say but worst customer care service.please assist me with my problem or else please accept my application to port it to different cellular company.
