This is to inform you that i have airtel prepaid no. 9958914321. On 29th july 2012 i recharge my account with rs 444 full talktime & with rs 98 internet 2g data card. But to my suprise on 31st july 2012 my main account balance was rs 0.1. Then i complaint this to airtel cc. They told me rs 441 is deducted from your main account against internet surfing. But i told them how is it possible internet data card is activated on my prepaid no. then they registerd my complaint no. 30731212316 and assured me that my problem will be solve on 2nd aug 2012. But on 2nd aug 2012 no response given to me on my complaint. Then on 3rd aug 2012 i again registerd complaint no. 30803764412 to airtel cc the same issue they told me your problem will be solve on 6th aug 2021 and they committed to me that your wrongly deducte balance will be back into your account. But time lapsed but nothing happend by that time and i called up in airtel again to know the status of my complaint. But to my surprise cce started telling me different things. He told me your amount cant be given back since i was using 3g and recharge was done for 2g. I tried to tell them that how it is possible that i recharge with 2g then how i use 3g and when my balance is zero then deduction started from 2g plan. This is your company mistake and please refund my balance.But nothing happened and when i asked to cce i want to talk to your seniour then he put my call on hold and i wait a long time but no respons from other side then i cut down the call. Airtel cc is not solving my problem and they just wasting consumer time and money. Airtel cc is useless.
so please forum help me to get my balance back which is wrongly deducted from my account rs 441. Because no one in airtel cc taking this matter seriously and dont take any action on my complaint.
