    Default complaint against tata indicom distributor

    Dear Admin,
    I have purchased a new connection of Tata indicom on 13th Sep 2009 from
    mahadev telecommunications. It got activated on 13th Sep. Now on 22nd Sep
    2009 Tata Indicom barred my outgoing calls. I submitted my documents well in
    time.But still after 8 days, I am not able to make the outgoing calls. I
    called Tata's Cust. Care. They are saying that they have not received my
    documents.Later i came to know that my documents are with apoorva
    corporations(distributor of tata indicom).Now iam not understanding why they
    are keeping my documents with them instead of submitting to tata indicom
    office.
    Now what should I do?pls help.My address is - M shyam sai,

    Dear Sir,

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Wait for the response for at least 10 days because the Nodal officer will have to provide you any solution within 10 working days. Send a written complaint and kindly revert back soon after getting any reply from him. The email address is:

    Angry Tata Inicom - Service deactivated

    Hi I brought Tata indicom connection with belief in Tata quality but they disappointed me a lot.
    I took the connection by paying Rs 2000/-. The agent sits in IBM office, EGL - Bangalore and his number is 9164612977 and his name is Kamlesh. For work urgency I wanted immediate connectivity and hence I paid a premium of Rs 100/- to get instant connection. The guy took the money(with receipt) but Didn't arrange for the card on the next day but after 3 days that too after so many calls.

    He showed to me that it is activated but immediately after 3 days the services were deactivated. I have made several calls to their customer support desk as well as made personal visits to their customer care office in Koramangala but without any result.

    My Photon+ number is 9243513825, and the account number is 906570883.

    I am writing in pain that my hard earned money has gone in drain with tatas and I have decided to buy a new connection with some other company.

    Thumbs up Poor Commitment and unprofessional behavior towards customer.

    I am attaching the letter which i wrote to TATA central head.

    Dear Sir,

    Please read and look into the matter.

    Regarding the connection 11-65728473 in the name of Mrs. Kusum Jain (Age 51 years.) 32A J&K Block Laxmi Nagar Delhi-92

    • I am your prepaid Walky customer (011-65728473) from last seven years and this month I plan to migrate my prepaid into postpaid and for the same purpose I visit on 11th August, 2010 I went to your CP Retails outlet and give the request for migration will all required documents. (PPM08065486 Mr. Ashish) & should be done in next 48-72 hours. And he told me three things at that time
    1. The security deposit of 1000/- which I have on my earlier phone will be refund in next 45-60 days.
    2. Have a balance of 860/- which should be adjust in next bills.
    3. I opt for the plan called Tata Super and Tata 2 Tata free add on pack. And I bought the new Walky handset also as my old handset is not working well.
    • And till 18th I wait for this procedure and call the customer to know the status but they never any good reply for this to me. Finally I contact Mr. Ilmas (Nodal Office-Mathura Road) to get the right status for this and he respond me that you have to go the CP office again and they only the person who can tell you the actual picture.
    • On 20th around 3 Pm I went to the CP office and I found that your office is closed due to any electricity problem. And at the same time I call to Mr. Ilmas for reporting the same but he is not ready to accept this as he don’t have any information regarding this. Finally I found the guard of that office and force him to talk with Mr. ilmas so that he can agree on me and take some action. But after confirming that the office is closed he is not ready to take any action as the document is with CP people and he told me that if you need to go with me you have to submit the paper again (My mother also have to come) in Mathura road office and then only he can take any action otherwise I have to wait till Monday means 23rd Aug and I try to talk with Manager in CP but she is not coming outside to talk with people.
    • Finally on Sunday I made a complain through my postpaid mobile (9212476282) regarding the same but still he suggest me to go to CP office again and I feel very much helpless and hopeless at that time and asking myself why I am a genuine or loyal customer of you from last 7-8 years.
    • Finally the day arrives when lot of thing happens, Monday 23rd August:
    a. I get the call from your customer care @ 8.27 am which again very unprofessional and unusual to inform me that you will a call from our team regarding your complain against the migration.
    b. I called Mr Ilmas to check whether the CP office is open today or not but he didn’t pick the phone after dialing more than 20 time and I get the SMS from his side ”PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHETHER THE CP OFFICE IS OPEN TODAY OR NOT AND CHECK WHETER ITS FUNCTIONAL TODAY OR NOT”. If I am not wrong in reading the SMS it means that he ordering me that I just go and check whether the CP office is working or not and inform him regarding the same.
    c. Finally around 12pm I went to the CP office again with my mother and meet with the manager (Ms Razilla Madhavan) directly and share the problem with her and he told me to sit for two minutes and let me know the status. After 40 minutes when I didn’t get any response then I approach her but guard stop me. The he himself went to the manager room and told me that wait for another 10 minutes. And you don’t believe there was no seat to make my mother seated in that big CP office which is nothing for customers respect and satisfaction. Finally the manger come outside and inform me that due to any backend reason the request is not fully processed so she need the time till 2.30 pm to check my status clearly. And when I am asking the clear reason for not informing this same thing from last 8-9 days she doesn’t replied and told me to wait for 2.30 pm and show me some sympathy by giving her direct mobile no in case if I found any problem. And at the same time I launch the complain regarding the morning call to executive over there and I shown the call details also and the SMS which I got from Ilmas. (233262533).
    d. After 15-20 minutes I got the call from your customer care regarding my recent complain an they refuse that they called up me in the morning and they closed the complaint immediately.
    e. In evening after waiting till 6 pm I got the call from Ms Razilla to inform me that the migration should be done in by today night or next morning. Finally I feel that I contact the right person as hope for the solution also.
    • Now on 24th August after waiting till 6.30 pm I called Ms Razilla more than 20 times and deliver at least 10 message to know the actual status. But he didn’t pick the phone but she sent me one message on which inform me that “She is not in office and make some person to call you for the same”. Around 6.45 I got the call from Mr Amit who Is saying that the migration is not done due to any fault in program which is not accepted my no. so he don’t know how much time it will take again. Then I feel so much frustrated and force him to get the better reason for not doing the same so he replied me that now he is in Patel Nagar in login dep’t for my case only and would not be done by today anyhow. Finally I went to the CP office to check whether the person is saying right or wrong and I found myself right I enter in CP office by 7.15 and Mr Amit is there in office only he never went to Patel Nagar office. But he give the excuse that he come to office right now which is not possible to reach from Patel Nagar to CP office in 25 minutes (6.45 in Patel Nagar and 7.15 in CP office.) even on traffic free road also by an auto and the traffic free road is not possible in CP itself.
    • Now when I ask what is happening on my connection so he replied that now the store is closed and he is not able to tell the thing by today anyhow. Then is tart shouting on him why this is foolish thing is happening as the office time 8.00 PM minimum or maximum. After this shouting your executive start abusing me like “SALLE KUTEE KABHI BHI CHALE AATE HAI DIL KARTA HAI JAHA SE AAYE HAI VAHI GHUSSA DU” ESPECIALLY THE RAKESH ONE HE WANT TO BECOME HERO. And then I replied him in the same manner so he want to do fight with me so your Mr Amit is come and stop him otherwise it was a big mess yesterday. But I was got a good experience from your company people how they treat to customers and how well behaved they are. Now I again start talking to Mr Amit so he dialed the Ms Razilla No. and she is not ready to talk with me and instruct me that “TUM OFFICE SE NIKAL JAO OFFICE TIME KHATAM HO GAYA HAI OR KOI BHI TUMAHRI BAT NAI SUNNEGA AUR JYADA DER RUKOGE TO GUARD PAKAD KE BAHAR NIKAL DENGA OR TUMHARE SAARE CONNECTION BAND KAR DIYE JAYENGE”. After lisitng this much harsh word from a lady who is on store manager post I feel very much shocked and come to know that I get the good company for my basic connection. “THANK YOU SO MUHC TATA INDICOM TO GIVEN ME THAT MUCH PLEASURE EXPERINCE ON YOUR OWN MISTAKE”.
    • After this Messup Mr Amit ensure me that your connection will be activated by tomorrow lunch and he will call me himself to check the same.
    • There was a one more issue which I am not interested to get the solution regarding the security amount because now I know you people are biggest lier in the world.

    Now this is the thing which is done by your company people at their own end because I am helpless as I don’t have much strong proof to make my clear but now I have that much proof to take the action against your people. So this is the request to you people that you take action first on this matter and let me know in written what action you are taking

    Cool complaint against New connection............

    Dear Admin,

    i have purchased, Tata Indicom's CDMA connection 11 days before from Gurgoan, wherein i was promised the phone will start work after 2 days but i have not working phone till now. i am not understanding what can i do. because i was complaint shopkeeper also but he is saying this is not an issue. but i see the all service provider's are issue new sim within 1 day and working only 2 and 3 hour after purchase. i was provided all document's as per requirement.

    I complained to Tata Indicom but no positive response from them...please suggest how to get the issue resolved.I am very dissatisfied...My New connection Number is 9289016658....

    SIR, I HAVE PURCHASED A NEW TATA INDICOM MOBILE DEVINDER WATCH KRISHNA NAGAR AFTER ONE DAY MY MOBILE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY I WAS COMPLAINT SHOPKEEPER ALSO BUT HE SAYING THAT HIS DISTRIBUTER IS NOT PROVIDE A PROPER SERVICE .
