This is regarding the problems faced with the reliance net connect
broadband plus.
I had bought the reliance data card with the plan for 10 gb night usage
the speed promised was up to 3.1 mbps and assured 500kbps download speed
however i was stuck with an average speed of 20 - 30 kbps and frequent
disconnections the net will remained logged on as the reliance signal used to fizzle
out many a times.
i contacted them many a times and still no increase in speed
after wards i converted my plan to 1 gb day and 10 gb night and now i get a bill of
7000
first of all i have been continiously charged for the service that was never provided
i need suggestion as to wt to do
firstly, I got a bill after around 15 days which i did not understand.
After that i got a bill of rs 5050 for the next month which was
inexplainable. I have not been able to check my usage as the website
never functions properly. this reaffirms my belief that the bill is
fudged. I refuse to accept th bill under such circumstances.
firstly i got the bill a week late than the date mentioned on it.
Also, my internet stopped working 10 days before i even got the bill
and i had no intimation from reliance.
Now, the major problem is the reliance customer care which harasses
the customers. the customer care numbers :

all of them are not working. most of them do not exist.
This is preposterous.i have, for the past one week if not more, trying
desperately to get in contact with you guys but have failed. This is
unacceptable.
I, from jaipur, am told to make a call to the mumbai customer care,
even that puts me on hold for 5 minutes and i get no response.
I feel cheated and harassed. firstly getting a ridiculous bill and
with no one to explain it, is unacceptable. then the harassment faced
by me from the customer care.
please look into the matter

I have been using reliance broadband connection since October 19,2009.i am not satisfied with the services offered.I couldnt topup or recharge through online.Customer care people says there is no option for this.Each and every moment we cannot hire the reliance showroom.Please let me know the solution for this or let me know how to surrender the connection.

This is regarding service feedback I am using your net connection broadband+ MDN no is 9370020417. Activation date is 10 /12/2009 plan is 499. One month free usage. Right now you have closed my service on 11 /02/2010. When I called to customer care they told me you have not submitted your bill. Then I ask the billing address than they told me some other address of this MDN no. 9370020417 is not the name of my given company name & address I have not received the bill till now . So who is responsible for that getting the late bill. And my bill is very high how you have calculated please send that details also.

Hi to all grieving customers, I subscribed to Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ Postpaid connection in December 2009. My Netconnect device number is 9372832223. I specifically told the sales rep who visited my place to install the device, that I want 10GB Citywide plan and that was mentioned in the invoice as well. But when I got the first bill I was shocked to find out that I was given the 1299 plan instead, when I refused to pay they disconnected my service, eventually I had to pay then I got my plan changed after many harrowing calls to the customer care. You must be aware that any plan above Rs 1000 has a discount of Rs 200. No such discount was given to me in the bill for Jan, Feb and March, when I called the customer care they told me on my face that they cannot help and that I have to call the reliance store from where I bought the device. So next thing I called the store, and they tell me that I have to visit the store and make a formal complaint, I visit the store in MG ROAD, PUNE opposite AURORA TOWERS and its full of these lousy people who does not have any idea what they are doing.......I wait there for 15 mins as the person taking complaints is not at his desk... and is sitting inside...after making several request...a person comes out and I submit my written complaint with the copy of the bills and a copy of ID proof and he hears my complaint and this idiot tells me that the discount offer no longer exists----which is a TOTAL LIE and does not give me any resolution...and tells me that the sales rep who sold me the device would be able to answer the query, unfortunately who is on leave, and this sales rep does not answer my calls eve after he has joined back from his leave. I'm horrified to find out that a impeccable and trusted brand like RELIANCE is making such FRAUD with its customers!!!

we have to go the shops to recharge reliance netconnect broadband which is very far from our home. we didnot got time to recharge reliance netconnect broadband . please start this service.
I'm also using Reliance Netconnect+ Broadband USB modem. Well, I normally get a download speed of about 120 KBps. Maximum speed so far is 185 KBps. But there are many times when I got less than 50 KBps and even 1KBps. You can recharge online, not through Reliance website but through others. You all know that there are many websites where you can recharge your mobile. The trick is that you have just to select the recharge option as Reliance CDMA Recharge. I've done several recharge for myself on the websites like rechargeitnow.com and easymobilerecharge.com. Have fun.

Reliance broad band plus has committed me 3.1 mbps but still no network as well as sometimes speed showing very less upto 100 kbps.
After many complaints on customer care ..no one yet take any action

Please donot use Reliance Braodband+ internet connection.Its too worst. Always it disconnects and will not get signal also. After contacting customer care thousand times also no proper action.
Its my suggestion that do not choose Reliance Braodband+ internet connection.

Hi , i'm from Jaipur my MDN Number is 9352986370 . reliance netconnect is very is very bad because it tells that reliance is the india's fastest broadband and it can provide 3.1 mbps speed but i'm getting 20-30 kbps speed only on broadband+ mode .i have cheated.

This is to inform you all, that RELIANCE IS REALLY A BIG CHEAT. That is right, once you purchase their datacard, you are stuck. Never go for Reliance as they give HELL to the customers on the name of service. I wanted to purchase a wireless datacard as I need access to internet when I travel. I committed a big mistake when I chose Reliance. I could have gone for Tata photon plus. At least they take care of their customers' issues. I opted for a 3GB day and 10GB night plan at a discount of Rs. 200 per month . I was told by a service rep that I would be able to make changes any time according to my usage. Now when I started with the service, it was really not satisfactory. The average speed in the day time is about 300-400kbps. I mostly download stuff at night as the usage limit for day is 3GB, but most of the times at night, there is either no network coverage, or there will be an error saying server did not respond. I spoke to customer care in this regard. They gave me a complaint no. I thought may be they are going to work on my issue. When I got a call from customer care regarding same, I felt a little satisfied that Reliance is now improving the customer service (as my experience with Reliance has never been good, I really had big pain with Reliance phone that I had earlier, finally I had to get rid of that). But as the conversation with that rep went ahead, he suggested me to uninstall/reinstall the application and to use the datacard in a different area as the problem was of network. I did the same but the issue continued.
Reliance HS datacard works on three modes:
1. Broadband+
2. Hybrid
3. Broadband 1x (144kbps max.)
Datacard is always activated in 1x mode. Once its activated, you can use it in any mode. 1x mode is provided for accessibility in 1x areas.
When my internet doesn't work at night, I have to change the mode to hybrid one where it never gives the speeds more than 110-120kbps. The average I get is only 60-70kbps. Now if they have provided 10GB usage at night, whey cant they provide better speed at night.
I kept calling reliance about it, but again the same nonsense answers. You might have heard a proverb- "Kutte ki pooch ko nali me kai saalon tak daalkar rakho wo tedi hi rehti hai". Reliance is that "Kutte ki pooch". Those who call reliance M-F are not correct. Reliance is even more than that. Its been more than 2 months, and I've been paying close to Rs 950 (including taxes) every month.
When I found that my usage is hardly 1GB in day I thought of changing the service plan to 1Gb day and 10GB night as its not worth paying more for almost nothing. I spoke to a service rep regarding this and I was told that I if I change the plan, I'll not be getting the Rs 200 discount. When I told him that I was told by the Reliance agent that I can change the plan anytime and the discount will also be there. For this service rep said that I must get in touch with the same agent. I called that agent and informed about everything. He asked me to wait for a few days and assured me that the plan can be changed and I'll keep getting the discount of Rs 200 every month. I called him up again many times but he never picked up my phone. When I called from a different no., he said that he never said that the discount will be there if I change the service. Such a MF he was. Now if I change the service it'll cost me same. So now I have decided better to get rid of Reliance as 3500 for the modem worth nothing if you have to get relief from the pain that you get everyday on the name of the service.
MY BIG ADVICE TO U ALL --- PLEASE DON'T GO FOR RELIANCE FOR ANYTHING.
