Complain against Tata Docomo - Not giving talk time after recharging with 500 Rs/- Hello,
I want to complain against Tata docomo.
My number is 9503440071. I bought their 3G plan which provides 500 MB of 3G data and 60000 seconds of talk-time local, national and roaming as they claim on their site under 3G recharge options.
I paid 500 Rs/- for this plan and bought this plan. Now, I am on roaming and whenever I make a call, they are deducting money from my balance and not from the talk-time that I have purchased by paying 500 Rs/-.
When I called their customer support, their customer service representative told me that no plan of Tata Docomo works on roaming and when I told her that it has been mentioned on their web-site that it is for roaming too, she kept repeating that "I regret the inconvenience caused to you, but nothing can be done" . She kept repeating this thing showing the attitude that she can not help. I asked to speak to her senior and after a long wait, the senior came online. I explained her the situation but she was not ready to accept if such thing happened. When I threatened her that I would go to consumer court as I have got all the proof of recharge and that it has been mentioned on their site that they provide the service on roaming too, she asked me to wait some time saying that she has registered the complain.
I was not given any registered complaint number and was asked to wait and my balance is still being deducted rather than the talk-time that I have purchased. This is an open robbery I would consider for common people like us.
Please take action against these people or guide us how to proceed legally against them.

Still no action has been taken and my balance has been deducted 70 rs/- Still no action has been taken from Tata Docomo and my balance has been deducted approximately 70-80 Rs/- as I had to make some important calls while on roaming. I wonder who will take responsiblity for refund.
I tried to take follow up with customer care and their representative named Akash kumar Shinde told me that no concept called roaming exist. So surprising that he is telling me that I can not use those seconds outside of Maharashtra. When I asked him that I wanted to talk to his senior as he lacked knowledge of anything that I was asking him, he put me on hold for 15 minutes or so and then I was disconnected.
My 500 Rs/- are gone as I am going to be on roaming for a couple of weeks and I have lost my balance too.
If anyone here knows how to take legal action against these cheaters and file an official complaint, please help me on how to proceed.

Still no response... Does anyone know the contact details of their head-office? It is 3rd day since I posted on consumer court but I haven't heard from Tata Docomo yet.
I have been trying to take follow up on their customer care for the last 4 days, but they seem to be expert in putting us on hold and then disconnecting the line.
My balance has been deducted for almost 100 Rs/-. I am now willing to file a complaint as well as the refund request too.
Does anyone have the contact details of their head office or higher management? I am trying to find it out from my sources.
I am looking forward to their response only after a legal action is taken.

P.S I am attaching the screen capture of their web-site which lists the plan that I bought which is the proof in case they come up with the answer that "No such plan is listed on our web-site" after removing it from there.
