Submitted the documents twice but still service disrupted without any intimation Hello,
I have been Airtel Customer for about 3.5 years for the number 9632875807.
On 26th June 2012 - I filed an application for getting my connection transferred from PostPaid to PrePaid. I submitted all the documents asked for at Electronics City office, Bangalore.
On 30th June 2012 - I received a message saying that the prepaid enrollment form and documents submitted are incomplete and I should contact nearest airtel outlet. Same day, I showed the message to the same Airtel office. They told me that I should ignore the message and the documents have been submitted.
On 14th July 2012, the outgoing and incoming services on my number got disconnected. I contacted the nodal officer (Aisha). She got the services up and asked me to resubmit the documents.
I re-submitted the documents on 16th July 2012. APEF No: 5981127.
On 16th July 2012 itself I received a confirmation message for the submission. Ref No: 40716304113
On 25th July 2012, all the services to the number got permanently disconnected, without any intimation or warning or stating the reason.
After that I have contacted the airtel store, nodal officer as well as appellate officer after that.
Nodal officer & Appellate officer requested 24 working hours each i.e. 3 days of time each.
Airtel store: requested for 24 working hours TWICE. i e. 6 days.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE YET, and everytime I approach them I get only 1 sentence... "Sir please give me 24 working hours of time"
Could you please let me know how long should I wait to know the reason for this service interruption and reactivation of the service.

Idea mobile connection not activated even after submitting doucments repeatedly Sir,
I have ported my mobile number 9341022594 from Reliance to Idea on 18/8/2012. The services was active for few days, then suddenly it was stopped, stating the reason documents not submitted. Subsequently, I submitted the documents to IDEA store and the services was not resumed although it was told that withing 48 hrs it will be done. I again resubmitted the documents afresh, but still the issue remains unresolved. Its almost a month now, and i am getting frustrated with the services of Idea, even before actually starting to use it.
