I wanted to discontinue service's on my Vodafone Numbers 9711413366, 7838309998 and 8586924830 and I have been trying since June 2012 but the company is adamant on keeping the service's active and charging me. I have written to Nodal Officer and Appellate but no response and also some idiot staff today from retention simply wasted my time and raised my anger to a different level by asking stupid question's like spell the address to which it was mailed etc. I mean since June and before that I am tired to explain them that there services are simply nonsense! My outgoing was barred on 7838309998 number inspite of advance payment on the number and the corporate service's are like hell where the ill trainded staff do not understand English Language and od as their will. If I follow the normal process for service activation on Corporate number it takes 7 Days for a service to get active. I went to 3 stores (Rajori, Rajiv Chowk and Naraina) to do deactivation and nobody from satff could help me but instead gave me rule's like it's complusory for customer not to request for deactivation within 3 months of a new connection etc. never told at the time of taking new connection. I mean why I have to cough up bills after bills and why this company is existing with these practice's in India? Are they legally allowed to charge and harass customer's at will? How many times and to how many people should I forward my concern to someone like Vodafone who are unwilling to decativate number's nor their staff is doing anything? I get response like convert it to prepaid or do it via mail and I have all required documents to prove that VODAFONE IS SIMPLY POOR IN SERVICE AND THEIR NODAL OFFICER'S AND APPELLATE AUTHORITY IS JUST INSANE! PEOPLE I REQUEST YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM POSTPAID AS THIS COMPANY IS WORST AND WOULD TREAT YOU LIKE MAD FOR PROFIT'S! I hope my ordeal is stopped some how by this forum as the company is minting money out of me without any reason and without my consent!

Kindly check your records and see that I have already responded to that 1 month ago. I have all the email archived so stop your nonsense. Now My question is how can I deactivate service's finally as It's too much harassment now! You people are simply inefficient, rude and poor. So I WANT TO DEACTIVATE SERVICE'S ASAP for my numbers 7838309998, 9711413366 and 8586924830. I am the consumer and I have to Pay so why You Idiots's don't understand that I don't want Vodafone ever! Why should I continue to pay you thief's if I don't want service. Don't you understand such simple thing?

Worst experience with Vodafone.. bought new no. on 30th aug 2012 for using internet... GPRS successfully activated by dialing *444*96# but on connecting on mobile or data card giving me error... tried new GPRS settings... Error recvd: Packet Data Not Available
Tried contacting useless GPRS support all in vain...
on trying again by dialing 116 nd pressing 9 option main menu option was repeated again n again..
Now i understand why vodafone cant beat Airtel in Punjab... im also using airtel since airtel start giving services in punjab and never faced any issue in activating / deactivating services till yet.. moreover by dialing *567# they offer instant activation/deactivation.. which never gives any error
If possible resolve this issue on priority basis.... PROPERLY ACTIVATE GPRS ON MY NO. AND PROVIDE ME EXTENDED VALIDITY COZ TILL YET GPRS IS NOT WORKING BUT ACTIVATED FROM 30th Aug 2012
I email the same issue to vodafonecare.pun@vodafone.com, Nodal.pun@vodafone.com, Nodal.punjab@airtel.in 4 days has been passed but no reply from any 1.. no call back and no solution !!!

I held a vodafone number 8886000254 while I was in Hyderabad last year. In April this year, I requested the company to stop services as I was moving out of Hyderabad. I even wrote an e-mail to the Vodafone e-mail address. I still kept getting call about a payment which for services which I had never used. Suddenly today, I got a call from a Mumbai court informing me that a summon has been issued for my name by Vodafone. When i contacted the Vodafone Lawyer, he told me that I will have to make the payment within one hour or a warrant will get issued. This happened when I was in discussion with the Vodafone customer service for a month and they had said they would get back to me.
The Lawyer harassed me and and gave me a one hour notice even when I told him i am in the Hospital. Not only did Vodafone extract the payment which was under dispute they caused a lot of mental stress and Trauma to me.
I already forwarded the issue to above mentioned email IDs and provided my alternate cont no. in that also but still i got reply to provide alternate no. & the same you are asking for...

Since 30th AUG 2012...almost 1week is passed.. means out of 30days validity 7days are already passed. Nothing is done till yet... same error! When a company like vodafone takes so much time to resolve the issue than its clear that how other customers are bearing your services..

I am sending you last mail for my request. I have sent you several mails and made many calls .Nobody is helping me . I am disconnecting all my Vodafone nos finally (9930511407, 9920736541, 9819082842, 9920739451, 9769841957). I got notice from Advocate HARISH S. GORE,to pay my dues.
Please go through my all trailing mails and you will get an idea about the mental harassment caused due to your pathetic services. I have sent several mails to corporate.assist@vodafone.com ,vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com and some senior persons from Vodafone. I called Sanjeev Arora who is the deputy manager in Vodafone services. In morning he received my call and said, I will ask someone from Vodafone to call you. Thereafter i have not received any call from Vodafone .Thereafter Sanjeev Arora also stopped receiving my call (whenever I called him, either my call was on wait or he is in meeting). I have sent him four messages. He didn't reply to any message or email also. The numbers which are given by Adv. Harish Gore are showing switched off since last 2 days. Yesterday one lady called me, i asked her to tell me full and final settlement for my two numbers (9819082842,9920736541), she calculated all amount and she told me that after calculation i 'll mail you your dues. Anyway i wanted to give away
this connection due to several services issue, so i agree to pay my dues even after it's their mistake. Because they are sending legal notice which is hurting my image in my locality. But ill date i have not received any mail from that lady (Ankita or Anita I don’t remember exactly). Vodafone just want us to pay money without giving proper service.Anyways i dont want to use any services offered by Vodafone in future. I request you all to read all trailing mails and Notice issued by HARISH S. GORE, so that you will get an idea about the pathetic service provided by Vodafone India. Request you all to look in to the matter. You are losing your customers due to this kind of services. Request you all please reply me on the same. I need clarification for not giving proper feedback. Nobody is replying my mails. I don’t understand why you peoples are very quick in sending legal notice and not even bother about your services.
