I have a complaint against the loop mobile services. I have a loop mobile prepaid connection. My mobile services are deactivated without any prior notice and after refilling it with 222, whereas on inquiring about it. I was informed that due to multiple number activation my services has been deactivated. But I have activated only 1 number working on my ID Proof. I have no issues in submitting my documents again for reactivation but what is the guarantee that i dont have to repeat it again and have to go through similar trouble. As well as my number would be activated after 3 days after submitting the documents whereas i am leaving town after 3 days and i will be returning back after a month. In the mean while i'll be using the BSNL number of my company. Also I want a list of numbers that are activated on my ID Proof.
