    Respected Sir/ Madam

    On 23rd may 2012 I have ported my only business number to TATA DOCOMO network.
    From day 1 I am facing never ending issues

    *I miss out many incoming calls due to random errors like (Not reachable, Switched off, sometimes says nothing.....) Now a days I an getting SMS from tata stating that I have Missed calls, and to view I have to activate Missed call alert... I never turn my phone off and there are no miss call alerts on my mobile, even the signal strength is OK.. This is ruining my Business, I miss out my clients..
    *Call clarity very very poor, my voice sounds somewhat muffled (on the other end).. I tried Docomo SIM with another phone and Aircel SIM with my mobile to clarify this issue...
    *TATA says they have got the largest network in Tamil Nadu, But at times it slows roaming and your signal goes down terribly.. At-times is says no network..

    Now the worst part of all is that I am not been to recharge or topup my account since 3 days... It says some voucher error (Retailer).. Even your Docomo Guys at Kasturiba Nagar, Adyar, Chennai Couldn't help me out.. They said that the issue is only with ported customers with full talk-time offer.. Now I am with "No Talk-Time".. Customer care is trained to talk like a brainless PARROT.. No use at all.. They are not even aware of such an issue.

    I am so very frustrated with this network..
    I will be very grateful if they allow me to port to another network (instead of waiting for 90 days).. Please release me from this pain..
    Guys should understand, that there is no use is giving attractive offers when there is no proper network..

    I would like to talk to someone sensible and holds a bit of responsibility from DOCOMO regarding all my problem..

    One more cheap thing about Docomo is that, the call to docomo network gets connected only after their advertisement (" Begging, to changeover to Docomo being the largest network"). People may call for emergency purposes, but unfortunately they are forced to listen to this annoying false message.. I believe no other network is doing this cheapo thing.. Cheap fellows!!!

    If the respected Consumer Court can help me out is sorting this issue, there is nothing like that.. I am not here to cause any problems to others or for claiming any compensation, I just want to sort out my issue. Docomo should allow me to Port to another network by the earliest.

    Around 4pm I received this message from Tata, that is regarding the complaint I have been making all these days...
    "Hi! Your request could not be processes as you have reached the maximum number of attempts. Please visit the nearest TATA outlet"
    TATA outlet is only capable of collecting and processing the bill payments, at the most sim activation. Yesterday they too failed to recharge my account...
    This kind of negative feedback from your network is like adding oil to the fire... Very very frustrating...

    I have lost all hopes about your service, even now the call quality was terribly bad while taking to a client of mine.. I had to repeat things again and again..

    Today noon some how I managed to recharge Rs 50/- online, but i got only Rs 42 instead of full talk time as promised by you when i ported...

    All I wanted is to shift to a reliable network.... 20 days to wait for porting is too much for me... I am missing out my incoming calls.

    At Last 2 more days to go!!!My Miserable life with TATA DOCOMO is coming to an end...23rd the first thing, I am shifting to another reliable network after 3 months of your annoying service...Hereafter please don't call yourself the largest network in Tamil Nadu... I wonder weather you have erected Towers or Small Antennas, your signal quality and reception is pathetic... It mostly shows Roaming on my mobile, I know it ties up with 3rd party towers..You are not going to improve for sure..... I had enough with it, lost many business calls too.....Shame on you Guys!!!

    The same above sentence you are very capable in copying and pasting... Even your first reply in this thread is the same...
    Your customer care also keep repeating the same, but nothing comes to practice nor I am befitted.. At least a curtsy call from your side was appreciable..

    I am Avinash Gautam from Durgapur. My no. is 8293606698 with Rs.15 gprs scheme and Use Nokia 2700 classic. Today in the morning when I checked my balance it showed Rs.71.80 which is Rs.99 less than my last night balance of Rs.170.80 and I never got any message. So at around 9:20am I called customer care for Clarification and refund and they bluntly told me that some video scheme is downloaded on my account and they cannot do anything about it. I sent 'DATA' to 121 and received a message of last 5 data usage: which had details of Rs.10 deduction only on 20 aug. So once again i called 121 but again they refused to help me in any way.

    Earlier this week a sum total of Rs.206 were deducted in 5 installments i.e. Rs.49 four(4) times and Rs.10 once of which I received message for Rs.10 only for something called vegame. For the first three times thought that because of visiting sites for songs download there might be some fault on my side so I stopped that and got confined to using google and facebook only. Then when again Rs.49 were deducted I called customer care and they refunded me Rs.49 back.

    So I would like to register my complaint against this deduction of Rs.99 which customer care said is not refundable and for Rs.147 also which is not shown in my data usage earlier.)
    It appears that docomo unnecessarily deducts such huge amount and gets money to in return give these eye catching schemes).

    The same balance detecting problem was faced by my friend Ramesh and he too has ported away...
    Customer care is really Sick.....

    Thank you Tata Docomo!!!!!
    At last you have done something favorable, releasing me from your network and allowing me to port successfully....
    Now I have come back to Aircel itself, it is like Heaven.. What call clarity???
    It was the sickest experience, I ever had with a mobile network, like three months of jail!!
    Third class customer care... Only capable of repeating and posting the same sentences ("We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your complaint to concerned department and will revert to you shortly.") without putting them into practice....

    Good that we have porting option now a days!!!

    I am not with your under-rated network anymore... First try to fix your network then try to fix other...
    May be this is a computer generated message which repeats the same sentence or the one who is representing Docomo to look into this forum is a Blind Owl..


    The dumbest of all customer cares... Even you don't know to reply a post... How much you get paid for this copy past job???
