    Default Message Pack Deactivation problem of Airtel



    I got a message recharge of 53 on my phone.but today it was deactivated accidentally.i call up customer care executive n he didnt behave properly,n moreover cut my call.i want to get my plan reactivate as there are still 20 days left of its lifetime.My airtel no is 9896885507.

    Default Message forwarding and Internet services deactivated from my Airtel number

    Internet services and message forwarding are deactivated from my number for unknown reasons a month ago. Despite repeated calls to Airtel customer care, no proper resolution was provides. The problem still persists.

    Default SMS pack deactivated

    Hi Team,

    My message pack is also deactivated as of today, i activated 36rs pack for 4 weeks of 3000 Local/nation SMS. I did my recharge for this month on April 30 its valid untill 8th June. I am being charged 1Rs/SMS regardless of local/national my balance notification says i have 2990 messages free..


    Please get back to me for info.
