    Exclamation tata the big mistake of tata & family

    Sir I have recently bought new tata cell on the name of Keyur A Patel
    Numbered 9227218918 and it was really good experience but in two days it has turned in to worse nightmare because of following reasons.
    Basic reason for taking this number is to avoid calls from any others and to b in contact with family but the things have been more worse when promotional call are incoming but that was not enough, other calls are coming for unknown person then I discovered following things
    First number was allotted to some person in Rajkot city and case for outstanding dews is still there in court of law and company has allotted this no to me and there is no reason to bye this cell because I feel like I m an call center boy hear to ans calls of unknown person.
    And still not enough there have been some misappropriation in the sales transaction of both two instrument because from company side they said me that this mobiles are purchased on installment basis on other side I have paid in full so pls reply me soon
    For first complain I m further approaching either to court, TRAI, or consumer forum pls guide me and other thing is also faced by me
    They are just fraud and they activate various funny and awkward things in your mobile and when you call up to say that those things has happened the Customer care guys just tell you that it is not thier fault but ours and do you think that we are that idot to activate such things for ourself I spoke to the agent called "RAVI at 10.01 PM from I had called from DELHI" when I requested to speak with the Supervisor he said I am transferring but the ring went off for 15 Minutes and No response when I called for second time he started in rude tone and said that it is always customers fault and when I requested him to tell me the name of the supervisor who had asked for transfer he just refused and said that you can do whatever you want and send e-mail to whoso ever you want nothing is going to haoppen.

    They are just that BAD the whole system seems to be Corrupted if thgese kind of agents work for such a BRAND as TATA.

    For your complaint you will have to send a written complaint to the nodal officer of the Company. Pls. provide us your complete residential address as soon as possible, to get the contact details of your Area Circle, Nodal officer.
