Hi,
I am customer of Tata Indicom last 3 and half year.Last Saturday My Handset has been Lost against which i have report a complaint also.and on Wednesday i reached at Tata True Value shop in Lajpat Nagar-2 and submit all the documents.They issued me New Sim Card and said this will be activated till Evening but till Now it is Not activated nd When i called to Coustomer Care they Said that their is no request has been registered For Changing the Sim Card.As this No is using my Father and all his business is depend on it nd by this inconvinence we have got the Lost of Rs.3 lacs till now.

The executive which attend me at centre is Mr. Sumit His No is 9212555571 and i have also talk their Manger But No Response has been Come from their Side.


So Please Guide Me what i will do.
