I am the user of reliance prepaid in Delhi circle, the company is subscribing me for their devotional pack automatically which i never subscribed & even last month on 31/8/2009, i online unsubscribed this pack with Ref no:1366313498. but this month the company again activated this pack & cut 30 Rs. when i contacted to the customer care they have refused to refund the money.Even the customer care people are saying that i have activated it, which i did not, i asked if i have activated it tell the time & date then they were saying that they do not have this information.
