    Angry Airtel worse than mtnl

    *****COMPLAINT******* Our PRI line 011455540 (100 lines) is dead since 26th July. All bills are timely paid. There is nothing overdue. Airtel is not able to solve this issue. They don't know the reason why our line is dead. 121 says - They are surprised. They are trying to investigate why our lines are dead !! Our staff of 100 people is sitting idle for 4 days. Can anyone help ? Please restore my lines and explain why they went down in the first place ? Why you need so much time to find the reason ? Airtel website shows our COMPLAINT NO.: 19330588 DT. 27/7/2012 as resolved. Shame on you.
