I am having prepaid mobile connection No.9975363500.Since last 10 days activate the my mobile service through portability.All the relevent documents are submitted at the time of obtaning connection.First time when i approched you local customer care center in Amravati then it was promised that with in 48 hour but next 2 month i have 4 times creat a port ID and submite your customer care office.When i have write a complaint and send your email then my simcard will be activeted after 2 month.Now today again disconnect the service.I have not use in your idia service,I hope so your service will be good comparitivly Airtel service.

Today, the word "service" is thrown around as if it were something brand new. Service, however, has had the power to make or break sellers for as long as there have been buyers. I would like to help IDEA CELLULAR by relating an incident exposing lack of respect and abominable service.

On the month of July & August my Details Bill of Mobile Number 9822274763 Has been Liked, Disclose One Person Mr. Ravi Chordiya visited to your Pune Office Contacted Mr. Pankaj Chordiya his Cell No. 9960000006 Managed him & collected my Mobile Detail Bill (Incoming Outgoing Calls Details with SMS Details) from your system which has disturb my personal life, I request you to verify all the details and take necessary action against the concern person who has been involved in this matter.

The average person is commonly believed to have at least 200 acquaintances. Bad news spreads like wildfire. I hope this type of experience is one your company calls the exception rather than the rule.

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that i have idea post paid connection since 5 months and my average used of mobile is Rs. 215 to Rs 250 ,today at 11.00 a.m. my un billed amount is Rs. 182.00 but i was socked when i seen my un billed amount at 5.30 pm it was Rs. 2323.71 and now at 8.17 pm it is Rs. 3210.75 , so kindly confirm that what is this matter and why my unbill amount is going on high and high , i am not used this type of any service and not activate any vas from my side kindy confirm the issue and do the need full on urgent.

Sir/Madam,i have been using idea number 9891914778 from past 7 (around) years..this number was circulated to all my clients and suddenly in mid October,2011 without informing me in any of the ways my number was taken away from me..i went to Idea Customer Care,Laxmi Nagar on 30th Nov,2011 to know what went wrong and why i am unable to use my number permanently??there the executive was rude towards me and informed me that since i was not making any calls so my number is now made available in market as a fresh number!!!whereas i was using my number and there was around 80 rupees as balance.i am really very shock the way you guys took my number back...my all clients know about that number only and being a businessman i am suffering a lot (financially).i used to receive very urgent business calls on it..this is very unfair and totally unethical that without any notice or something my number is made available in market...
I just want that you take this matter seriously and do necessary actions so that 9891914778 is reissued to me....i hope you understand my problem and take immediate actions without any delay....you would also not want to loose your market value and loyality towards customers.looking for an early reply.

Our last invoice raised on 25.02.2012 for Rs. 41665.36 with invoice no. 074272806. we having our average uses of around 5000 Rs.

Currently all our CUG connection are bard. No outgoing are permitted. thus no business are possible from us by doing such steps by Idea cellular services.

While Opening CUG plan. we fill the account opening form. In which, we check the services we like to activate and services we do not like to activate.

In Between, we activate value pack to some of our mobile no. and deactivate the same when cause completed.

One of our mobile no. 99047 09006 having bill of Rs. 32000 for GPRS Uses even GPRS services we deactivated from 28.01.2012 with deactivation reference no. 154924897.


We not start GPRS connection as starting, we activated them when needed and we also deactivate when not needed. why such system failure at Idea Cellular services stops our business.

Today we went to Idea Care - Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. and meet your customer care executive. our reference discussion is 155320407 and they are ready to waiver Rs. 16000 from GPRS Uses.

Our question is after deactivate the services why should we pay ? Why Idea Cellular continuous our GPRS ones we deactivated such services ?

Our wish to waiver all charges of GPRS accounted for Mobile no. 99047 09006/99047 09009 as we already deactived application did on 28.01.2012 and their reference given you earlier and start our outgoing calls as soon as possible.

Its very very harmful for any of business ones its register outgoing calls are not permitted.

We currently deeply dissatisfied the services provided by you.

Looking your early reply as its very important for us.

We not wish to cancellation of our relationship or CUG plan with Idea. But we suffering our business and its forces us to do so if we not receive your prompt response.

mera balance 54 rupess the, jisme se 24/04/2012 ko 10 rupess cat kar liye gaye'
bina mere koi secem activit karwaye bina, mene koi si bhi secem activait nahi karwa rakhi he,inhone jabardasti secem activet kar di he ,
next day`s (25/04/2012) ko
mere 30 Rupess cat liye gaye,
agar aisa hi huaa to me SIM PORT karawa sakata hu,
mujhe mera balence vapas chahiye(40 rupess)
Balence rkhkho to problem....
