Hi,
I am Idea cellular postpaid user. I put request for bill plan change on 19th Sept 2009. They(Idea) changed my bill plan by 26th Sept 2009 but as bill plan gets changed my billing cycle also gets changed from 20th to 6th but they did not informed me about this(No SMS no call from Idea).
As per my old bill plan my billing cycle was 20th. Hence for bill I got for Sept the due date is 4th Oct 2009 but they disconnected my service on 29th Sept 2009 with out informing me. When I called customer care they told me that as I changed my billing plan so the billing cycle also gets changed. Hence your service gets disconnected. They did not informed me about this.
Can you please take action on this
