Dear Sir/Madam
With reference o he above subject i have made a payment by cash of Rs 2050/-
on dated 16/03/2009 my receipt no160036 collected by Ram Singh. On dated
16/03/09 send by your costumer care deptt at my Resistance to collect the
cash amount. but after 3day my mobile services is not activated than I had a
talk again with air tel customer care no and found there is no payment
received at your end.
Than I complaints to your nodel officer Madam Prabjeet that about non
realized my payment. As request made by you i have send a fax of my original
receipt for your kind consideration. Still no action has been taken at your
end. And your nodal officer trying to teach me that It is already given in
news paper that their will be no direct payment entertain by air tel .i just
wanted to ask you that why not your customer care people told me about the
notice and how they agree to send their executive (Air tel) and how this
internal information disclosed to any fake person who has visited my home’s
and it is a mater of safety of my family if any miss happening is their who
will take the responsibility.
So kindly do need full so that i am able to deposit rest of the amount as
balanced bill send to me and continue my connection as early as possible.
*OTHER WISE I WILL GO TO CONSUMER COURT OR TRI TO GET THE SOLUTION.
