It is more than three days that I am trying to get a simple Password for viewing my itemised bill. I calld at least 12 times n they show 5 times. They are even ready to cancel my subscription, but to help. everyday they promise 1/2 hr, 1 hr, 2hr... n so on. I dont think its Vodafone, and if it is they better start working or I will make sure all people I know cancel their subscription n make it very big. Their associates cant even speak English. I can only say Pathetic, horrible, frustrating, waste of time, useless, bunch of fools, not trained well...
