    Default complaint against nokia care

    i bought nokia n78 in dindigul nokia priority on 25th of december 2008.till now i gave my mobile for servicing for 4 times but problems in my mobile is not yet solved.i tried to contact nokia care MD but he is not at all ready to respond.first 2 times i gave them for speaker problem next two times i gave them for o/p audio problem.the problems are still repeated....and my warranty period is to be over by this december.....they did one more thing . they gave a bill of wrong imei no.......can any one tell me what can i do???????????

    Dear Mr. Kumar,

    Kindly provide us the details regarding your handset like the cost of the handset, its IMEI number, name and address of the Dealer and the Service Centre, as soon as possible. Also inform us that the handset is having what kinds of defects.

    Default forming common platform against Nokia

    I've suffered a lot because of Nokia faulty set bought in 06/08; its repair at its service centers, call centers misguidance, non productive e-mail complaints and now struggling at local UP consumer forums at Bareilly. Nokia is known for delaying tactics in courts, bribing out forum members etc..Let us unite and form a viable legal platform and act decisively against Nokia in central consumer redress forum at Delhi. ARE YOU WITH ME ? PLEASE SAY YES OR NO AND IF YOU KNOW SOME ONE WHO HAS SUFFERED EQUALLY AND WISHES TO BE PART OF OUR TEAM THEN SPREAD THE WORD SO THAT WE CAN UNITE AGAINST THIS INJUSTICE.

    i have got a new 5800 2 weeks before it had sm problem with the touch screen for more than t2 weeks they didnt give ma cell phone said tht its with head office and when i got it back the problem was nt solved and again they sent it back to head office saying more than 2 weeks it will take then why did i buy the ccell phone to keep with them

    Default Complaint against nokia carre, coimbatore, India

    i bought a new n96 from soudi arabia last year. within a week it showed display problem without any reason. so i send it back and clear the problem. now on last month it again shows problem wit the keypad. when i gave it to nokiacare here at coimbatore, in tamilnadu state, india, they told to replace the flux components costing around Rs.1800. i told to replace it. they asked me 2 weeks time. i agreed. After two weeks when i called them they asked me for another 2 more weeks. i agreed. last week when i contact them, they told to come after two days. just today only the components came. but now even after a week, they are simply making a fool out of me, telling that the components are pending...... they need even more time....... what wil i do????????

    Dear Mr. Ajmal,

    Forward a complaint letter to the service centre, to give you the delivery of your handset. Keep one copy of that letter and better to send it through registered post.

    Default Complained against nokia

    hi,

    i have new handset nokia e-71 (IMEI NO:- 358240039322342) on 10/jan/2010 form nokia priority in ghaziabad.
    the priority name is Arena Mobile Hut address is:-Shop no. 1&2, Plot no. 78 Amebdkar Road, Ghaziabad - 201012(u.p.).
    i have used that handset 20 days and the problems are stirkling up like:-
    1) When i am opening the camera there is a sound like click.
    2) The downloading is not proper the handset has some times miss up the donloading.
    3) The Equalizer is not working in handfree situation.
    4) If i m not using phone for 1 hour then it will be hanked up.
    5) The clearity of camera is so bad as it is of 3.2 megapixel with flash.

    i have submitted my mobile three times reqularly in the nokia care and they have told me that 3 times my mobile will have gone to nokia company.
    but still the problem remains same. so i want new handset instead of it as it cost so high around 16000.

    PLS PLS PLS HELP ME AND PLZ SORT OUT MY PROBLEM AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.
    AS I AM A STUDENT OF BTECH AND NOT THAT MUCH RICH TO AFFORD A NEW HANDSET AGAIN.

    Hello Consume Court Members,

    As you mentioned that you are facing the same problem again and again, this clearly shows that the problem is irreparable and hence the faulty handset need to be replaced, for that contact to the Nokia customer care and in case they are denying to provide you with any solution then send a written notice to the CMD of Nokia, mention all the details in it and ask them to replace the faulty handset within the mentioned time in the Notice. Wait for their replay and revert us back.

    Default Nokia N 97 Mini Warranty Service

    I have bought N 97 Mini on March 2010. But now it's touch screen is not working. I used 10 months only. I given to the Service Center Al-hazmi but they said that thouch screen not covering the warranty. I was used this phone very carefully. Never fell down or any type of hit not happen also I was protected in Nokia cover which is original that I bought SR 100. But suddenly it's touch screen stop working . Touch Screen is one of the main part of this phone. Then why it is not covering the warranty. Atleast 12 months warranty they should give us. I bought it SR.1550 and now the service charge is near SR.200. Please consider this case.

    Default Phone is coming up with new problems after every time it comes back from the CARE

    Sir,
    This is to notify you that the cell phones availabe in the marker are simply awsome, but,unfortunately the cell phone i am using is coming up with new problems every second day. my cell phone is showing variety of problems. This is very frustrating that I have to leave all my works and head towards the service centre every now and then. My phone, till date, is servised thrice and still there are upcoming problems.

    sir,
    i have purchased nokia (x-6) in 28 may 2010.i gave my mobile for repair at nokia care centre"platinum technocrats" ,malviya nager,new delhi-110017 on (11-01-2011) as it follows problem of water tempered,dead touch.my service job sheet no. was-2568.at 14 march 2011,around 5:30 p.m. they return my cell phone after long efferts and i payed them 3600/- for repair.because there was no electricity so i was unable to chack it,so they told me take the phone and if any problem is there then come next day.when i reached home i found they just do a lot of blonder with it.
    1>the keys were not working
    2>camera cracked
    3>loose fitting(screws were missing).
    next day i went nokia care and hand over the mobile to them for re repair at new job sheet no.-1399.till that day i am continuously try to approch them.they have shut down there shop permanently.but he(owner) was receiving my call at mobile.in begining he received my call and said to me'due to some personel problem there is delay,but soon i will return your phone.he send me two sms by (09911812859)in response of my call.they r
    1> dear sister,plz wait for my call i will hand over your phone to u.i got stucked in some emergency.i requested u to plz bear with me for 1-2 days(1apr.-12:12 p.m.)
    2> dear sister,plz wait for my call,i m on the way to delhi from chandigarh.i will reach today evening.(5 apr 2011-02:22 p.m.).
    and now he stop receiving my call and now as i call him,he is use to switch off his phone.i all ready coplained nokia service centre 2 times but it was in vain.
    sir plz guide me that what shoud i do.i want my phone back and i also want that they should punished for there bad response.i want to register a case against them.

    Default complaint against nokia care

    i bought nokia C6 handset from nokia priority center on 11OCT,2010 . After 3 days my handset creating hanging problem. After that i gave my mobile for servicing on 26 oct,2010 to nokia care, Gandhi Nagar, Tonk road ,Jaipur . After a long period of 1 month I got my mobile from nokia care. But problem remain same. After some time again I gave my mobile to nokia care. after 2 weeks I got my mobile.
    Now speaker of handset is creating problem. Again I gave my mobile to nokia care on date 23 apr2011. But they are not responding in proper way and creating unnecessary delay to resolve the problem. Till now I have not get my mobile. Again I reach to nokia care today 06.05.2011 but he told me to come after one week.

    In this period I suffered from mentally tension and without mobile my work also suffered.

    Kindly do the needful, so that I got my mobile as early as possible.

    Post Nokia care executive problem

    I m Biswarup Das from siliguri. I use NOKIA E-63 set. few days ago i had seen my mobile enhancement port was not working. Then i went to NOKIA CARE(RAJANI CENTRE,HILL CART ROAD,SILIGURI) & i submit my mobile with my mobile screen protector (DATE:-23/04/2011)
    Today(DATE:-16/05/2011) i went to the nokia care. when i received my mobile, then i saw my mobile mobile screen protector was not attached in my mobile. i could not found my screen protector. then i asked the nokia care executive. but the executive rudely behaviour with me & told me, these is not Nokia care fault..
    i am not satisfied todays behaviour & i sure these type of peoples or executive are always rudely & dishonestly talk to the all customer. Sorry i can't use NOKIA PRODUCT & Not Satisfy NOKIA CARE BEHAVIOUR.
    i think u take any action for these nokia care(RAJANI CENTRE,HILL CART ROAD,SILIGURI),(Email:-planet_siliguri@nokiacareindia.com)
    i hope u solve these problem as soon as possible.. & change receptionist attitude problem. he/she did not know, how can talk to a customer..

    Default Complaint against NOKIA Care at Vashi... Urgent

    I had submitted my Nokia E75 phone at vashi nokia care centre to change the panel of the phone and I got the handset back on 12th November 2011 and they charged me Rs. 1850 for changing the Panel. While submitting the phone they crossed checked whether there was any other issues but the phone was in 100% working condition so they mention that there are no other issues in the phone. Once i collected by cell back the cell had some issue with * button so I asked them to check again and submitted the phone back to them. After 4 days they called be back and told me to pay 1500 more to change the keypad. There was no issue in the keypad before that even they are aware off but now they want me to pay Rs. 1500 more for some mistake done by them while repairing the phone. My cell is still at Vashi Nokia customer care and I dont wana spend more on the phone for the mistake done my them. I have the original Cash Memo of Rs. 1850 ( JOB NO : 111112/47 ) and ( Cash Memo No : 13631 ) and the ( NCC - 764_504867 )for the 2nd time * key issue in the phone.

    also .... and the customer care guy at Vashi named Verru as he mentioned was not ready to mention his Full name on phone also when i asked them to give me the email id to log complain he was not ready to provide the same.... Please help.. My phone is still at Vashi Telcom Nokia care ( Vashi Nokia Care No : 022 27821 811 )
