I am Rahul Chaudhary live in Patan (North Gujarat). I am using Nokia-C5 mobile phone. There is technical problem in Handset and it is in Warranty. But there is one major problem. In patan there were shop of Nokia Care but now a days it Converts in only NOKIA shop and they "Charges" from the people.

when we asked about NOKIA CARE, at that time they replied that Company's NOKIA CARE is going to open in few days. But still there is no any NOKIA CARE in Patan Town.

I want to get reply from the Company that in How many days NOKIA CARE will open in PATAN???

Its just one year over when i bought nokia C3 and started giving problem which is unexpectable from nokia services. its automatically get switch off whenever i am getting call or sending message to other mobile. When i consulted to your nokia care centre in jayanager 4th block blr regarding this problem, first he took two hours to get the things done after that when i was trying to check it i found its in the same position then again they asked me to give this mobile for two days to repaired it. when i went there after two days then they are saying it cannot get repaired here we will send it to other places and it may be charge RS2000. They charged me RS100 already and nothing they have done. Now let me know that what you can do from your side so that it will get done soon.
It may get bad impression to your customer when i will explain this problem infront of them.........or it might be lost the faith from the nokia services.

i buy an blak nokia 5233.after the fist month my mobile will not work properly.... And i bring it in nokia care. They updated my mobile and return give to me... After few days agane came the same problome... Again the care wil told me mobile bord will be damaged and replace for replaceing the bord must send to componey... I accepted and after 10 days i wend there and they told this is a new mobile replaced by the old.. Bt i did not like the white color.i like olny blake .after few days agan form the same problom.again i aproach nokia care they updated the softwere.and agan came the same so they agane replace an another nokia 5233 white... Nw my warrenty pereod experd. Bt i want the blak nokia mobile is it possible to get my old blak nokia 5233

My name is MOHIT JAIN & currently i use nokia C 6 - 00 (357901042807758) but it get more problamatic because of various problems(CHAGING,BATTERY BACK UP etc) i lived in PATNA n i gave that cell for solution at nearest NOKIA CARE at least & he cant repair it he always told me we send it to company & he take my mobile at least 30 day at every time but it cant repair.My cell is in warrantee period i cant satisfied to nokia care service..
so i request u to give me its proper solution or i will find another way for my satisfaction...i am totally fread up

Dear Sir,

I had bought a Nokia E5-00 in dec 2010 (IMEI No.3520230472245510 & the handset within
2 days got dead.
After that i took it to Nokia care & they flashed it on, deleting all the memory.
But the problem with the phone persisted. Finally when i sent a complaint on twitter
& on other ID's finally a new handset was given & the problem got solved.

Now last month oct 2011 again the new handset got dead. But after few hours somehow
it got switched on.
Latest again on 25th novemebr it became dead & till now it is not getting on.

I visited the same Nokia care (Chennai - TTK Road branch) - Univercell communications on
29th Nov & gave them the phone.

The phone was taken inside to check, then when i told them that the phone is covered under warranty period they told that it is because of water the phone is dead & water problem is not covered under warranty.

When i told them water entering the phone is no chance they gave the lame excuse it is sweat which has entered the phone.

What is perplexing is that travel by car. Use a cover for the phone, moreover i use a bluetooth for my nokia device. On the other hand for my blackberry i dont use a bluetooth
but still theres no such problem with my blackberry.

They told they will charge 2500 Rs. & the phone can be returned only after 2 weeks as it
has to be sent to the head office.

This is just utterly irresponsible service from nokia, which is least expected from a brand
like yours. The blaming of the problem on sweat is terrible & very lame.

I just want to know if the phone gets dead, then how can we use the warranty as it is
convenient for you to give the excuse of sweat, & mint money in the form of repair
charges.

I had 600 contacts stored in the phone & now everything is gone. Whats the use of
a business phone , if this is happening so often.

really really disgusted.

What is worst is, once i complained to nokia on email on dec1, on dec5 i got a call from Nokia care
informing that the phone is ready & you can collect it. How is it possible that previously they had asked
for 2 weeks & they return the phone in 5 days.
Also how is it possible for them to send the phone to gurgaon, get it serviced & return it in 5 days.

It is all fraud, kindly revert back with proper & honest solution.

I have given my mobile for repair to Nokia Service center at:

(S.S.ELECTRONICS shop# 23 & 24, Basement,hardy complex,opp. chermas,M.G.Road.secunderabad,hyd.India).

as it was getting switched off automatically,

Day1. Given for repair,after 2 hours waiting got it back,stating it got repaired.But next day again same problem started.

Day2. Again given for repair, they have asked me to take it back after one day, so i did,,,But again the same problem started.

Day3. Again given for repair, this time they said they will send it to the Head Office in Delhi which will take one week of time.But they took 12 days of time and returned my mobile. But again the same problem started.

Day4. Spoke to the Manager (Anuradha), she requested to give one more day,if the problem is not solved,they will Replace the mobile, I said OK, after one day i still found the same problem.

Day5. This time they have taken the mobile and said it will get replaced and need one week of time ,but its been more than one week of time and still i didnt get back my mobile or the replaced one. when i contacted them, they said it will take more time or you contact the Head Office in Delhi.

NEVER EXPECTED SUCH KIND OF PATHETIC SERVICE FROM NOKIA.

I have nokia X-7 phone and it is under warranty i.e.it is less than one year from purchase date.I had purchase it for Rs. 21000 around.from the date i have purchase it has gone to care for 5-6 times to care so i requested them to replace it but they are not replacing it. Please i request you to do something and help me to replace it. I had gone for many times to care for one or the other problem with the phone. It is not possible to go every now n then to care even they always take 15-20 days for repairing i.e till now my cell phone was with nokia care for almost 2-3 months. The other thing is the back up i found it all the time when my phone comes back from care all the data is lost so i have to suffer another loss for that. so i request you to please refer my complaint so that i can get it replace from nokia.nokia is one of the best brands for mobiles these was my prediction so i bought these phone and see what is going on.
