Dear Sir/Madam:

On my mobile when I switch my "cell info display" on, I see the
advertisements instead of cell tower location. My mobile number is
"9951020964". This is only problem with Idea Cellular. When I use other
like Airtel, I can see the cell tower location. When I called Idea Customer
Care, they are so reckless that they are advising me to change my handset
(or throw away the handset as told by one execute, I do not know his name).
They are so irresponsible. I have also activated "Do Not Disturb"
application, but still I get messages from "58888" in tamil language. I am
so irritated by this, thus I am writing this complaint and I want you to
take some strict action against them. I hope that the needful will be done
as soon as possible.
